Your email didn't mention anything about CWC. In any case, I think you may be confused... CWC is run by Martyn and Affiliate Edge, not Playshare.

All players have been sent an email informing them of the change as well as giving them all the info re the loyalty system, our support centre etc.. I believe they could also have been sent a promo but I'd have to check on that..
Either way, players should be getting something in their inbox over the next few weeks to get them playing with us and reactivating accounts where the player hasn't yet started playing.

Quicktender was sent last week, why didn't I get my money?
I didn't get too.
I use Neteller, but nothing.
Other month it's over 17/18 but here 22 nothing at all.
6 mails sending to know if they will paid and when but any respons.

If I remember correctly Players Palace was absorbed by Casinoshare about 2 months ago so payments were not made seperate any longer.
I hope everyone can be patient with Casino Rewards as they are doing the best they can to please everyone while at the same time getting thier ducks in a row on banners, stats etc after taking over all these new brands. Things don't happen over night
You got that right! and you must keep in mind we were told overnight. no announcement, no email from playshare, one day here, next day gone. I don't understand why no one is pissed off about this ???
I see that it would be hard for someone on the other side of the fence to see why a deal like this takes place so quickly and without prior warning, however you should know that this is mostly for the security of the data being transferred, which IMO is the most important thing..
I think the last thing you'd want as an affiliate is for someone who may not have a job next week because they know the company is selling their part of the business off, to start collecting your player data and selling it so they can make enough money to live until they find another job... or something similar.
We should probably also keep in mind when cursing those people from playshare who didn't "warn" you, that they don't have a job anymore and are now looking for work, so I think warning someone about this would have been the least of their worries. It's very unfortunate and I hope they are not out of work for too long.
I know it has been frustrating for everyone, and even more so for me. We had 1.5 days to do the entire migration and didn't even start getting data until day 4, and the data is nowhere near as clean as our previous acquisitions, so this one has taken far longer than in the past. I do apologise for that, however there isn't a thing I can do about it, except put my head down and try to get this stuff done ASAP so that I'm not getting the same email 20 times a day asking the same thing from the same person
FYI - I'm pushing stats live as we speak so you should be able to login to your RA account and check them now..
Re payments - as far as I know, Neteller still has not been sent. I don't know why and I'm trying to find out. Unfortunately I'm in the dark as much as you guys on this and am trying to get to the bottom of it..
What I can tell you is that everyone who is owed a payment will get paid..
Rhonda - I don't know why you haven't been paid, however the amount you told me you are owed does not match what playshare has supplied me.. Can you please send me an email with some proof of the amount you claim you're owed as this is going to be the only way I can have that amount paid. Otherwise you will be paid the amount we have been given from playshare.
Lastly, if you want a quick answer to any questions, the best way to get them is by email to me. I have my blackberry strapped to my face, but only have limited access to the forums, so you're more likely to get an answer afterhours via email, else you will need to wait til I get into the office and log into the forums..
Also remember that I'm in Sydney where the timezone is GMT +11:00 so I'm asleep while most of you are waking up in the morning... I'm usually awake between 7.30am and 10pm, and in the office between 8.30-6ish. If you send me an email while I'm sleeping, chances are you'll either get a dodgy reply (because I'm sleep typing) or an answer as soon as I wake up

Just to reiterate a line from my previous post, stats are being pushed live as we speak so you'll be able to login to your RA account stats and see them.
If you spot any bugs, please EMAIL me your RA username/aff id, a description of the bug and a screenshot of the error.
I think GM Gaming LTD is "Playshare" then i just have been paid by Neteller.

Being in the business for over 8 yrs this has become a industry normal thing I suppose. Nothing shocks most of us anymore. No reason to be pissed off at Rewards what they did was buy a dying brand. I personally don't put all my eggs in one basket so I can take a hit like this.
I feel sorry for the employees that lost jobs and were not warned of this sale!
MG has really put the hurt on their operators this last couple years I expect to see many more follow the same path as Casinoshare to be honest.
Has anyone Received payment to Quick tender?
There are a few people who have contacted me saying they have been paid by Quicktender - I also have confirmation they were the first payments sent out..

If you have not received yours, or didn't receive what you think you were owed, please send me an email with the following information (in point form please):
Your playshare username and aff id (both of these would be more helpful than just one)
Your payment method
The amount you were paid (if this is $0, please put $0)
The amount you were owed
Proof of the amount you were owed if you have it (i.e. screenshot of january stats, email correspondence from one of the ex playshare guys)
Please send the info above in point form (easier to read) to Renee@RewardsAffiliates.com
Unfortunately it's not possible for me to see that as it says G3 Partners on their merchant account...
If the amount matches what you were owed from them for January, I'd say that's it then. Otherwise I'm happy to match it to the list I have - just email me your full name, playshare affiliate id (not username but the number of your id) and the amount you were paid and I'll let you know if that's the one.

Please log into your RAaccount and update your pmnt details. This will ensure all pmnts are sent to the correct place and you get them ASAP.
For those who had a Playshare account, all commissions were settled by Playshare up until Jan 31st 2011. If you have not received your pmnt for January 2011 from Playshare, please send us an email with the following details:
- Your Playshare username and aff id (both of these would be more helpful than just one)
- Your pmnt method
- The amount you were sent (if this is $0, please put $0)
- The amount you were owed

All amounts from Feb 1 onwards have been added to your RAaccount as a special promo and will be sent with pmnts for February by March 7. If you are unsure of which account that is, please let us know.
Linking codes and banners have been added to the RA site. All stats are now up to date and backdated to the day thePlayers were migrated to our servers. You will need to update all banners and linking codes by 23:59 GMT on April 30th 2011. After this date the old links and banners will no longer work and newPlayers sent through old tags will no longer be mapped to your aff account. If you would like to keep any data from your old Playshare account, please log in and save it by the above date. After this date they will no longer be available. If you have any questions about this, please get in touch.

IF all players are mapped why is my total for these casinos zero ?
I am a player at Grand mondial Casino and a few days ago I received promo mails from "blackjack ballroom" and "Golden Tiger" as well the full CR newsletters with all casinos.
If I click on the links provided in the email (see below) at for instance Golden Tiger I see the link as provided below. My question is : if I signup at GT as a player will this be added to my affiliate account or not.
Is this a general TAG or not ?
