Wouldn't be surprised with only a hand full of different software providers, time for new games, time for new software!

you mean players or they lowered your commission percentage, to me (and others) that is big difference.

just saying.

I think what bonusstreak is saying is that they are infact stealing players, with all the talk lately about locked player accounts, self exclusions etc etc it's looking more and more likely they are taking affiliates players.

Funny how 2 people voted "None - I don't think it happens."

Hilarious. Let me guess - those votes were from affiliate programs? 8)

yeah also wondering who that could be

I think what bonusstreak is saying is that they -WAGERSHARE- are infact stealing players, with all the talk lately about locked player accounts, self exclusions etc etc it's looking more and more likely they are taking affiliates players. .

At this moment odds are against them as more and more affiliates see the same pattern : low value players are listed in the stats - high value players are likely to be removed or self locked.

Just feeling sick I sent Wagershare a lot of traffic.

What can we do as I see a lot of player accounts locked at Fortune Affiliates and at Brightshare there are not a lot left.

Mobile traffic to BS brands is also not converting at all.

IMO most microgaming brands are shaving affiliate heavily to meet to investors bottom line, eg Pigs / Jackpots in a Flash Casino open for players no affiliate program support anymore.

I reckon most affiliate programs are shaving more than ever before. I agree with Inspiration that if a big players comes along they don't stick around long. Affiliates are being fed the crumbs. We've come to a stage where we blatantly refuse to market a new outfit. The new programs we have signed up with we see some serious player action the first couple of months and then it suddenly peats out. Makes one think.

Yep, and the more they get away with the more they try next time.
After all this is a totally assymetric business relation where all power is theirs, and all you can do is hope for they will admit you sent them some small players.

I promote a wide range of rooms and there is always a suspicion in some cases the information is not 100% accurate. There is a choice to be made after an initial query has been met with a negative respone - spend a lot of time chasing the players/funds you believe have not been allocated/paid to you or stop promoting the room and move on.

It always depends on how many players or how much value you believe has been lost; the bigger the figures the more reasons to seek a positive outcome, but it is never easy.

We try and maintain a close relationship with our players and affiliate managers and can easily confirm new sites they join, but it is the new people who do not complete our final internal step in the sign up process that can disappear without any trace if the room is not tagging them correctly.

It is not always a case of "stealing players" as mistakes do happen, but it never does any harm to ask if you think a player should be assigned to your website.

It is always the question: intent or technical error?

The very first online casino "Cyber Thrill" was a fraud. Affiliates have not got the earned money.

My personal opinion: If the statistics are not updated at least every hour, then you can never be sure.

Hi there

This is my first post in affiliate guard dog. We first heard about this forum recently in BAC.

We are affiliates from Greece owning a sports betting site(one of the top 3) with tips and matches preview (betarades.com). We have experienced some bad moments with two companies. They closed our accounts without any explanation. Although, this was 1.5 year ago when we didnt know anything about affiliate guarg dog. One friend of us, adviced to write here for these bad partners but we dont want to have problems with them becuase they own also some other brands in Greece.

I voted that a few companies are stealing players and i totally believe it.
Although we think that most of them appreciate their affiliates and they are always trying to work in win-win model.

PS: We will participate often in your discussions as we believe that this forum is one of the best tools for the affiliates.

Thank you
Regards

Hello,

when money is involved, decency often falls by the wayside. An affiliate with distrust in the heart sees ghosts, and a faithful believer overlooking possible fraud.

What should you do? Pray? Hope? Fear?

Ultimately, you can't do anything except give the common sense area.

If there are irregularities, then public reporting in forums like this can help.
