HighAffiliates dosen't pay - RESOLVED

We ran the campaign for HighAffiliates a year ago. At first it was okay but then problems started. They have not replied to our messages and not payour our commision. They postponed the date first, and now they don't answer at all. From Premier they should send us payment for January...

Did you create an invoice per brand and send it to their finance? We promote them for a while and don’t have any payment problems.

Hello AFG,

First of all sorry for the delay. Let me just start by saying that our payments are not automated and we need the affiliate to request the payments and send us an invoice.

I first got a message about payments in 17 May, and to this day that payment was not fulfilled. I will get settled shortly, as we just got back from iGB and you know how hectic things get around that time.

Due to the fact that the sum is rather small (under 5K), and we only got asked in May (from my knowledge) for payment, our payments depart kept pushing it down the queue. I apologize for this as it’s not professional from our side. And once again sorry for the 2 months delay.

@RussellMeyer we have on skype, it was enough to write and explain. We had no contact with you. Last your messsage on June 9. I understand you've had a hard time (iGB), but as I said it was enough to let me know. Please send us payment and we close the case

We faced the same problem regarding non-payment. Unfortunately the manager continues to ignore us
We would like to have a clean and truthful cooperation in this case, but non-payment for these services does not suit us.
