Why in the world would I continue to send you traffic after this.... LOL That is absurd for you to say after I just raised a very valid concern about a HR that has disappeared from my account!!!

why would you continue to send traffic knowing there was 2 sets of books, allegedly?

I am not sending new traffic- this player found an old link or started playing again after being dormant... Hope that answers your ? When all this stuff went down about 2 books we dramatically decreased
links, banners etc but of course since we have been around for over 10 yrs we have A LOT of sites. Some things are missed. Hope that answers your ?

Still have not heard from anyone at Brightshare on the real reason the player has gone away and now I am still sitting at 8 cents for the month.... LOL How does that even happen legit??

So I have 2 diffferent answers and let me just say the player did NOT fall in the high roller policy because we earned over 4k off the player the first week of Oct, then BAM the player just disappeared!
We earned close to 9k the month before that from the player and a bit the month before that so after 3 months of regular playing this player just dropped off the stats, I smell bullshit folks. At least you can decide on a good lie instead of two different stories.... I am sure the 2nd set of books they keep are holding the real stats for this player & we are screwed.

I have had a look into this this for you and can confirm that the player has not disappeared.
The reason you are not able to see him reflect on your end is that he falls under our High Roller Policy.
The player has not been active in the last 27 days and I have contacted his VIP host to try and get the player playing again.
As soon as the negative balance becomes s a positive balance you will then be able to see him on your books.
I will follow up with the VIP host to see where we are with getting this player to start depositing again.
