Could you advise us of why you have refused to resolve your predatory term that I have been asking you about for seven months now?

Could you post here your final answer? Since I am a betting gal I am going to bet the farm that your bosses dont give a dam and will NEVER answer!!!!!

I hope you do not go to conferences since you refuse to answer the TOUGH questions. I am going to inquire and advise that you do not aquire new affilliates. I am going to request that PLAYSHARE never preys on new affiliates at conferences ever again!!!!

That status is that I haven't heard anything from them... I apologize for lack of diligence here, but others can attest that for the past week I have been working 20+ hours per day - leaving time only for sleep.

I will follow up today, which I was planning on doing anyway since it's Friday and I had expected news Monday/Tuesday.

You will be happy to hear that a document is going out today with a proposal to AGD, CM, APCW and GPWA. NOTHING will be posted public until these organizations have had a chance to review and respond on the proposed changes. That is progress in the right direction

Not at all. It is sent to us only so that we can have our say on the term change (if any) prior to blast-out. We do not always catch everything, but it helps programs from making an even bigger mistake by bouncing it off of us (collectively).

The end result will be what is judged by affiliates and if affiliates do not like what they see, then they can move on from there by either promoting or NOT promoting the properties.

I certainly hope we will find the announcement to be a good one. It has landed in my inbox and I will begin reading now.

IMO, I think Mojo should be added to that list as the 5th person, if not for her this issue most likely would have never reached this point in communication anyway. I think it would be only respectful of the program to include Mojo in this. Do you guys not agree with that?

That is not my call. If Playshare wishes to do that, it is up to them.

Good point Rob! I just hope that we don't have to wait very long for the others to 'review' this first, but whatever. Either way let's hope that it's good news!

I have no problem with anything If playshare wants to share their plans with Mojo - that's perfectly fine by me.

As far as the wait.. I asked Playshare to get the announcement out as soon as possible. They have worked very hard on this and seem to want it out every bit as quickly as I do.

I have made my review back to them. They will not be waiting on AGD.

Thank you for that Guru. I would be happy to look at it. However, it's doubtful that would happen. I'm probably the least popular affiliate at the PSP offices. At least now PSP appears to be making progress.

I'm sure no one will miss my weekly rants. ;D I certainly won't. I've wanted to give up so many times but dam, it would just get swept under the carpet and that to me is a failure for all of us. It probably would have if not for AGD giving it legs and all the affiliate support. The PAB at CM. We can do great things together.

Regardless of the outcome, I see a light at the end of the tunnel here. I am proud of us. We are never alone.
