Just a quick heads up about Fresh Casino from Royal Partners. So, we crushed it in December '23 - 34 FTDs! But guess what? They sliced our commission, calling our users fraud. No deets, no transparency. ‍

Every single post you've made here, is about not being paid by a program.

In 23 years I"ve had maybe 3 programs total stiff me. In 5 months you've had 3.

Either that's really bad-luck or your doing ??? that is causing non-payments and programs ignoring you!

So if you are saying that i am only 5 months old here, then yes the usage AGD platform is when our interest got hampered by some rusky operators.

I simply asked a question, and instead of a giving a straight replying answer, you instead decide to play games, by dodging the question, and try to make it out like I have a hidden agenda.

On the part of the affiliate program we would like to clarify the situation.

We thoroughly check the traffic referred by our partners.Your traffic was recognized as partially fraudulent by a combination of the following factors, which we found on 31 game accounts out of the 34 listed by you:
1. The identical acount get-up (in particular, email addresses are compiled according to the same principle).
2. Location of the players (the addresses specified in the profile and those actually determined by the system by IP do not match / logins from multiple VPNs in short periods of time).
3. Game activity pattern (risk-free bets in roulette, short gaming sessions to demonstrate at least some activity, the use of identical games by many players, which indicates a pattern and pre-planned actions. This behavior is not observed in average/non-fraud traffic).There are several other factors that we use to determine fraud. But we cannot reveal them without showing the player’s email and the backend of our projects. This is due to the fact that our brands follow the NDA and we will not violate it.

In addition, the indicators and mechanics by which traffic is checked for anti-fraud are never published publicly in order to avoid traffic adaptation to these indicators.

For our part, we have given enough information that we can provide to show that the traffic provided is partially fraudulent. In addition to the fact that this refusal to pay corresponds to the public offer of our affiliate program, your personal manager sent you additionally the rules of the affiliate program on June 28. Besides, the terms and conditions were duplicated just before the traffic start on November 21.

We are ready to pay you 3 FD out of the given 34 FD at the rate agreed with you. Please note that your personal manager requested wallet data to process the payment on January 15. However, since the data was not provided, we cannot process the payment to the partner.

That's exactly how it is @Frank.

And, in keeping with the modus operandi, which, goes with these complaints, the OP's are always defensive, and try to make those of us who question their motives, the evil-doers.

There are and have been, a large influx of unscrupulous affiliate-operators, using incentivized traffic, to con the casinos/sportsbooks with their CPA deals.

The one way to ensure this doesn't happen, is to make NEW CPA deals only-profitable, by setting a minimum deposit and a minimum number of deposits per NDP.

If the traffic is decent and legit, that wont be a problem.

EG - Player must deposit min of $20 (or currency of their choice), and that player must make a minimum of 2x deposits, before the CPA is paid.

This would help curb these CPA affiliate scammers, because the incentivized costs, bite into the profits.

FYI @Royal Partners - "betting" is a risk, it's certainly not "risk-free", otherwise it wouldn't be gambling! Spreading the risk - now that's a different animal
