I don't know whether "no payments" were related with the intent of the UKGC to revoke Max Entertainment’s licence.

But if you know the company statement regarding UKGC and their reproach about the finance then you will note that the authorities where grant licenses also not always doing everything right.

So i don't know whether their are problems or not but you should also consider that minimum payout is €100.

We promote them and if you need a contact to an affiliate manager i could give you. But he will be available again first on 23rd Sep.

But in the meantime Jorge should be able to help.

I can confirm that all payments regarding July's commissions were done long time ago.
Could you please provide me in PM your registration email or username so I can check that for you?

Please take in consideration that minimum payout is 100 euros and that since the beginning of August we are requesting all our partners to provide an invoice for the amount pending. This is due to AML and Maltese regulations.

Yes all partners received an email (registration email) informing them about this change.
If you didnt , its simple, just create a invoice with our and your ( with VAT if applicable) company details and send it to accounts@maxent.com or directly to your account manager. All pending payments will be processed with no exception.

Got this invoice form yesterday but have a general question about.

If earnings under the minimum payment there must be also send in an invoice for the relevant month or first if you have reached the minimum payment of €100 together with other earnings?

Thanks for your question.

You should only send an invoice for a payment to be issued. This means that if you need 3 months to reach the minimum payout you will invoice us in the end of the 3rd month for the total amount in due.
