Gypsy Affiliates (now Rampa Partners) steals 22k in commission

I had an account with these guys that I hadn’t checked in about a year because it hasn’t been producing much in the past. However, I was still sending traffic there and there were new registrations in recent months. I was surprised to find over 22k in commission when I logged in yesterday.
Once I requested a withdrawal they declined it and manually removed the entire balance. Nobody is answering in Teams for an explanation and I have no other contact.
