Hello,
Unfortunately, we are currently having a very serious issue with our cooperation, and I would really appreciate your help in resolving it.
We started working with you in June, and since the beginning of July we have been unable to receive our payment. Our manager has not provided any specific or reasonable explanation for the delay, apart from statements such as “the finance team is on vacation” and “it’s not that I WANT to pay you for this traffic — send more volume first.”
There are no issues with the traffic itself. We have already clarified that it is neither incentivized traffic nor fraud. As far as we can see, there is no legitimate traffic-related reason for withholding the payment.
To be honest, this is the first time I have encountered this kind of response from an affiliate program. We find this approach disrespectful both to us as partners and to the agreements we have in place.
We have tried contacting not only our manager but also the Head of Affiliates, and we have been completely ignored for more than two weeks.
At the same time, we are ready to scale our traffic with you and are currently preparing an NL launch for the product. However, we are simply not willing to risk sending additional volume while the previous traffic remains unpaid.
This creates a vicious circle: you are withholding payment because you want more volume, while we cannot send more volume because the previous traffic has not been paid for.
Could you please help us investigate this situation and clarify why our payment is being withheld? As far as we know, other partners delivering good-quality traffic are not experiencing similar delays.
We would really like to resolve this issue and continue working together, but the outstanding payment and lack of communication need to be addressed first.
