During the evaluation of GoldenStar Network's Terms and Conditions, there were a few stand out issues that we had with the program:
----------- Terms considered Unfavorable to most affiliates ----------
1. Negative Carryover - Most affiliates tend NOT to want to work with programs utilizing negative carryover rules.
2. Minimum Player Rule - Should an Affiliate not refer a minimum of 1 (one) New Real Purchasing Player for a consecutive 2 month period, the affiliates ‘Player Referral Commission’ will revert back to our base commission percentage of 25%. Should an Affiliate not refer a minimum of 1 (one) New Real Purchasing Player for a consecutive 4 month period, the affiliates ‘Player Referral Commission’ will be reduced to half of our base commission percentage, namely a percentage of 12.5%. The Affiliates account will not be terminated under these circumstances and the Affiliate will continue to be paid a commission, albeit at a lower rate, for the Life Time of such players.

Tiered Revenue Sharing?: Their is no mention of CPA Details in the T&C's nor on the website.

Affiliate Payment Date?: From FAQ Page: Any amount earned by you will be paid on a monthly basis. We offer you various methods with which to be paid :
* Cheques within 2 to 6 weeks of delivery and a minimum payment of $50
* ACH within 3 - 4 working days and a minimum amount of $50
* PaySpark 24 - 48 hours payment and a minimum of $50
* Wires within 5 - 10 working days
* NETeller, 24 - 48 hours Minimum $50 5th – 7th of each month
* Bankwire, 3 - 4 working days Minimum $250 7th - 11th of each month
Minimum Payment?: The minimum payment is $50 as noted above under 'Affiliate Payment Date'
Revenue Share Percentage?:
Net Gaming Revenue
25% For the first $20,000
30% $20,001 and $40,000
35% $40,001 and above
