Go Wild affiliates- no pay

Here is my story with GoWild affiliates.
They owe me more than 1000 dollars in December commissions but refuse to pay. I started to contact them on 8 of January.
First, I was ignored- no replies to emails, no replies to skype messages. I opened a thread on GPWA and they responded
immediately promising to take care of my payment. Then again promises after promises. Finally , on 17 of January I received this email:
" Hi Jiri,

I hope this email finds you well.

I have just been contacted by our finance department and I come with great news. They will proceed with your payment however if you please reply to this email with your PMOP ( preferred method of payment) so we can update it in our system. "

At this point I thought that the problems were resolved. But I was wrong.

After 5 more days of silence and more emails to Gowild , I receive this yesterday:

"Your account is currently being monitored by our finance dept., hence the relevant payment upset. This happens also for your protection, since we're not taking any rush decisions with our partners. Unlike most of the affiliate programs out there, we're more lenient and always give our affiliates the chance to prove themselves and their business. This means that as soon as, we start generating more traffic from you, in order to evaluate player value, behavior, etc, we will not be able to release payment. GoWild enjoys a hard-earned great reputation for excellent customer/player and affiliate service, so as long as, things settle down and results keep coming in, i will update you accordingly."
Now after this I was really shocked. I brought in several players into Gowild through my website and one of them lost a good amount of money there.
The casino had more than 2100 dollars in profit. Now it was time to give me my share of that profit. And here start the problems.
How can I understand their reply? What else should I do in order to get what I am legally owed? To prove what? Value? My player made a great value for them. Behavior? What is that suppose to mean? Are we partners or not? Why I should PROVE them something at the moment they owe me money?
The problem is that they even don't explain in normal language what should I prove- just tell me that they will decide if to pay me or not in the future -all
by themselves. Is that what is written in their terms and conditions? Absolutely NOT.
Can that be accepted? And if they want more traffic before they pay- how can I generate more traffic for them if they don't pay me? Should I bring more and more profit for Go Wild and to hope that, may be ,one day they decide to pay me what I am owed. And if again they decide not to pay? And you can see from what I wrote above- they don't keep their own promises!
Am I as an affiliate totally in the hands of the affiliate program managers' will- when it comes to the commission payments?

I moved the thread into GoWild's forum. They will respond to this as it is a breach of their sponsorship agreement if they do not respond (and a breach of their agreement if they follow through with forcing you to send more traffic before they pay).

If you don't hear from them in 24 hours let me know and I will follow up with them.

I have talked with them. I am discussing how they need to followup here as not all details are given in this thread regarding the players.

Is GoWild going to be replying here in regards to all the damning info presented in the OP's first post?

Yes, they will be responding in the next 48 hours. And we need to know all details before we say it is 'damning info'.

Definitely agree that we need to hear GoWild's side of this story but the info presented above by Kesir000 is certainly damning toward GoWild if it is true!

Personally I have no reason not to believe Kesir000 based on the facts he presented above, but hopefully GoWild can present their side of the story while the final verdict is still in limbo at the moment.

I personally wait 408 hours already (17 days) for any legible explanation from the casino for their action. 48 hours more? Ok, have no choice but to wait.

Hi Kesir000 and everybody contributing in the post so far,

GoWild is not a program that's not paying affiliates or makes up funny reasons to avoid payments. We wouldn't jeopardize the company's hard-earned image and reputation that easily. A trustworthy relationship takes time from both sides to build and as far this particular case is concerned, some coincedences oblige the company to take a closer look. The proposal for pushing traffic only had to do with the effort from your side, to help both interested parties (Gowild and yourself) take the shortcut into making this a successful partnership. It wasn't meant under no circumstances, as a term for processing the payment.

Kind regards
George

Hello George,

Thank you for a long awaited reply.

A trustworthy relationship cannot be built when one side is not honoring the agreements. After I did not receive
the payment from you in time- I stopped any advertising of your casino at my website. Did you expect the opposite?
Now the main question remains unanswered? Will I be paid and when?

And silence all over again.
Does George GoWild's reply contain any explanation
about the reason they don't want to pay? Actually ,what was his reply about?
Once again Go Wild take their words back: first when they promised to pay me and then refused to do so. And now
George state that they never made a condition that I will be paid only when I start generate more traffic for them.

."

And here is what same George wrote to me one week ago:

"This means that as soon as, we start generating more traffic from you,
in order to evaluate player value, behavior, etc, we will not be able to release payment."

Make more traffic- get the payment. Don't make more traffic- no payment. What is this
if not a "TERM" for processing the payment, George?

Most important, George preferred to comment his previous statement instead of
addressing the main issue- why they don't want to pay my commission???

What will you say about it, Guard Dog?
Does this program deserve to be a Platinum certified member at your website? If you think that yes- then will you ,please , give me an explanation for GoWild actions.

I agree.. George needs to be a LOT more clear. Yes, GoWild are one of the best programs out there... which is why they are Platinum Sponsors.

I'll email George again and try to get him to respond properly with either details on why there is a delay or a detailed plan of payment.

I have been speaking directly to management on this issue. I can assure you they are not looking to delay or *not* pay you (or anyone, for that matter). Please be patient. I will keep on top of this until it is resolved. I would expect to know more rather quickly and for the case to be resolved by week's end.

If it is going to take longer than that, I will let you know as well.

Thanks for your patience, it will get resolved.

I know that some are traveling to the big ICE conference in London right now not that this is an excuse for them so once I arrive in London I will chase them up and ask about this..

I have contacted them already and bonustreak will follow up at ICE. I will hear back as soon as they have processed the ID. Sorry for the delay, moving as quickly as we can.

Looks like Go Wild has no intention to make any payment to me. Also, no single explanation given for their action.

The GoWild team was in London for the Affiliate Conference and got back very late last night. They are looking at your issue first thing and will respond as quickly as possible.
