I would like an update on this issue. or is this just acceptable behavior for a "platinum sponsor" and why is there still no information on the upper ride hand side on there general T&C'S.

Sylvia said they do bundle, and have from the beginning. As WCD Admin explained, if a program bundles, it's best for us not to give exposure and promote more than one brand and use other spots to promote casinos from other programs.

My feedback from Betonsoft side is that in January indeed a calculation was done on campaign level, which was to the advantage to our affiliates. From February onwards the calculation was corrected. No changes happened retrospectively.

I wonder what they mean when they say a calculation to the affiliates advantage happened in January and was correct from February onwards. Could it mean they mistakenly weren't bundling before February, (which would be to the affiliates advantage), and fixed this so that from February onwards earnings were calculated with bundling in place which is what they deem to be corrected? I don't understand that feedback.

If someone has screenshots proving there was no bundling in the beginning, maybe they could share that with Andy to prove the change did happen retroactively.

I don't have much experience with this program to know either way.

As far as bundling, they have made it clear that they do (and always have). I updated their icons, but otherwise there is nothing we can do unless we find out that bundling IS a change made retroactively.

I have proof that they did make the claim they did not bundle. The term is retroactive.

Edited to add: I don't know if its because they are Platinum or what, but the bundling icon is not lit up beside their program. (jfyi)

For sure I will/would. I guess the problem becomes whether or not the actions or words of an affiliate manager can make a bad mark on a program. For example I have chat logs or emails with Julian the first affiliate manager there that state specifically this.

Now Silvia says that wasn't true. What do we do here? I mean on the one hand if Julian was just full of it, seems unfair. But my memory seems to make me think he had me wait for an answer from his "higher ups" ... I didn't get the idea he as BSing me... but possible.

Here is one of my screenshots that clearly show the bundling is a retroactive term. I was paid $453.69. if they Were bundling all along I would $330.67. I'm not here to make waves on this issue, but if you can put yourself in the shoes of a smaller earning affiliate you will understand why this is so bothersome and upsetting to me. I've trusted this Program and have pushed all there 5 brands above and beyond any other program and have made less then $1,000 in 6 months or so. would of made more if they didnt add this retoactive term.

Good job Rhonda! Now I hope that Genesys will just come back and honor their word (especially since i just added some reviews of their properties!) - I don't want them to get the bundling icon! That is proof right there it was not Julian just making up a story.

I also want Genesys to come back and explain Rhonda's screenshot if they never bundled and no retroactive changes were made as she stated.

Hi guys,

At first I want to apology to letting you wait for a reply.

I had this week a meeting with a representative of Betonsoft regarding your stats from January/February.

As much as you won't like it, I must repeat that Genesys board made the business decision to bundle commissions for all brands. Betonsoft started then to develop the affiliate program to our requirements. As the representative explained there was indeed a programming mistake while developing the program further which lead into stats which show no bundling for you. The commission paid at that time were to the affiliates advantage, no corrections on paid commissions where made.

Julian worked only 6 weeks for us in a time where I was mostly traveling.

In terms of cross selling: If an affiliate brings a player to a Casino A (e.g. Mandarin Palace) and that player will be cross-sold to Casino B (e.g. Treasure Mile) for re-activation reasons, than the affiliate tag goes with the player to the new casino. The player stays with the affiliate.

Honestly I will probably still promote Genesys as its doing "okay" right now - but I think that you cannot give a pass to direct statements from affiliate managers and especially in light of the screenshots. Otherwise programs can get around the AGD by just blaming affiliate managers and software updates. They have retroactively changed the term. Honestly bundling sucks and I'd like them to remove it and remain a completely friendly program.

That's just my 2 cents.
