Further to my last post above here, I have indeed been paid today - outstanding May/June plus August's so all up to date.

I thanked my AM and asked him, in truth, should I restore links. Their answer was:

Things are improving, but I would be wary. Not all is correct yet. I would wait until I'm sure the payment flow is normal and we won't have these problems any more. I'll let you know when I consider it appropriate to recommence traffic.

Hi, who is your AM? Mine is saying "remove the links - we don't know if we'll pay you"

Ok , So they owe me again 1.6K and this is the response I got from the aff manager:

"As you know, there is a problem with payments at the moment and there is no payment date scheduled for this, I would advise you to remove Genesis brands until this situation is resolved"
If affiliate managers are suggesting this, it's likely that they are also owed salary/commission. Not the greatest sign.

Hi all , does genesis affiliates payed someone lately?
I had a high threshold (3000$) for payment. It reached it in June. They were supposed to pay it in July. For over a month I am running after them for payment , still only promises and excuses!!
yes we have received payment on 15th they are always on time. that threshold though why would you agree to that or dd you set it

It sounds like they are slowly working through issues. Remaining hopeful at this stage. May take a few months to clear the backlog, but I won’t drop them 100% as they’ve been a good partner until recently.

funny, affiliate managers, working in that same company, tell you to drop them cause it's risky but you prefer to keep sending them traffic.
Think how far you need to go in company mismanagement to reach a point that affiliate managers recommend you to drop them.
True, but I'm hopeful that it's just cashflow rather than a permanent decision not to pay their partners. I could be wrong but will give it a little longer to resolve itself. There are so many cowboy operators out there I'm hardly inspired to jump ship just yet.

A company that is unable to pay its partners is the strongest indication there is that a company is not doing well. It will take a miracle to turn this around. They have too many casinos that are probably not doing all too well anymore due to regulations + they've been hit with big fines and restrictions that have harmed the company. Just a guess though, but based from experience.
