Personally, I stopped hoping for payment months ago. I am double-checking with the AM here and there.
But what can you do about it other than remove their brands?

I think we should all expect that from time to time, some payments will go down the drain. :mad:

Why even have an aff manager at this point lol. It's so pathetic the whole thing. Why not just own up to it and explain the situation. Instead they're hiding like bitches.

It seems greed won them over. I was hoping to work with them because they accept the UK)) No more. Besides, according to fellas here, they don't pay.

It seems the poster above was correct and the fact I could still see the sign-up page from UK means they hadn't geo-blocked it at that point. Not a word to their partners of 6 years plus, pretty shabby. I'm glad I took them down in summer, they ower me a couple of hundred euros which I guess I will never see, but at least my exposure was limited to that, unlike others.

I was let go of the company a few days ago.

As I was the only person related to marketing that was left, I was advised

That all outstanding emails should be sent to outstandingaffiliates@genesis.com.mt

And legal/finance will collect the information.

received the exact same email from Yoav at 5am this morning. they owe me €800 never had a problem until last month, i find it hard to believe there is no one left in the marketing department, but not much to do except forward invoives to the email he mentioned, i guess..

At least one could try and send the outstanding invoices to the given email address in hope that if they enter insolvency proceedings and some debts can be covered from liquidated assets. Though, I wouldn't keep my hopes too high. After all it will be the Maltese authorities overseeing the liquidation I guess...

At this point, the best thing you can do is to make a note of who these people are and make sure you never do business with them ever again.

I have NOT heard about SWEDEN or received a notification about this. I hope not, but the future will tell.
Their Swedish license is still active and valid until the end of 2023 for thease brands:
