username at 777affiliate is onlineCT2

On September, we earned exactly 255 euros on the second account with 777 while the first account which only advertise Redslots was below the 100 euros required minimum to cash out.
As their terms and conditions states that commissions below 400 can only be paid by Neteller or Skrill, my friend had uploaded his Skrill details to get.

Communication with affiliates manager were done on Skype

1st Part

- 15 October: the day pay out affiliate, my friend contacted Greg and asked when will we get paid. He confirmed on the day.
- 20 October. Payment shows as done to Skrill but noting received. We contact Greg and he says that he can only see the bank details and no Skrill details, so cancelled the payment and set it for next month. Long talk... short story, we let go and wait for next month which is this current November.
PS: Screenshot exchanged where the Skrill details had been uploaded and payment issues to Skrill then cancelled.

2nd Part
Throughout October, we don't manage to make any money as one player won and withdrew about 800 euros+, but still had the balance from the payment of September.
- November 03: Get in contact with both affiliate manager and inform them to make sure that we get paid of out September commission. Oskar responded, checked the accounts and said, everything is fine and he will take care of it.
- November 04: Receive a reply from Greg, saying that I need to update my bank details so that I will get paid.
PS: Note that above in October, he saw my bank details in my account but now does not seem to anymore,
Also the terms at 777 states that commission by bank transfer can only be done if commissions are of minimum 400. From 100 to 399 its done to Skrill or Neteller.
-
November 05: We replied to the message and updated again our Skrill and bank details and informed Greg.
Screenshot exchanged again, showing Skrill and Bank details.
- November 16: No payment received. We contact Oskar as Greg was not available. He claims not to see the Skrill details but only the bank details and payment was not issue as commission below 400 can only be done E-wallets.
Exchanged screenshot with him and told him that we spoke about it before on November, that I can see my Skrill and bank details on my account and that Greg was aware as well of them.
He responded that he will double check it with Greg the next day.
- November 17: Contact Oskar, claim that he will double check with Greg during the day.
- November 17: Contact Greg as now online. He responded couple of hours later confirming that payment had been completed by bank transfer.
Gave it few days and up until today, nothing has been received and from the affiliate CRM, it does not show that any payment has been completed.

This prove a level of disrespect and rogue action of this group. Not only they don't pay for over 2 months but the affiliate manager got the balls to lie every single time with different stories while screenshot are being provided.

Although we still hope to get paid, this should also be a warning for all affiliates out there. Think twice before working with this group.
Really took time now to search about this group and saw that we are not the first to whom this is happening affiliates. Be aware
The same thread has been posted at GPWA in the effort to warn as much as affiliate as possible about this program.

Hi

As discussed on Skype we confirmed this mix-up in October (payment details were changed after the closing date) and due date for this one is 15/11. Again we apologize for the delay and confirm that your payment will be received as soon as possible

Thanks

Its now 14/12.
No payment has yet been received. We spoke to an affiliate manager, today Oskar and promised that the payment was to be completed at latest tomorrow 15.12.
FYI, some players have been depositing throughout the month of November, and commissions are well over 400 euros now.
They claimed not to have my Skrill details but only bank details.
For commissions over 400euros, it should be completed by bank transfer. Now the affiliate manager has all the required info, Skrill and Bank details.
Wondering what will happen this time.

Will keep you informed.

See... this is exactly what I'm talking about in the post here:

members post about not being paid or having difficulty contacting the "certified" program, yet 1, 2 or even 3 months can drift past before a Mod or Admin actually pulls their finger out and posts to the thread with help.

777 needs a cracker thrown under their backside to get this issue fixed, and more importantly, MikeW PAID.

EDIT:
Tables turned & you were in Mikew's position, I think you'd be some what concerned that the forum Admin et al had not bothered to post & chase this issue up with 777 affiliates, given they are a "certified program"... just sayin :)

This is such a shame even more so considering that this program is marked as certified in AffilateGuardDog.

A thought to new webmasters who will find the hard way as I am that even certified here, they still have to conduct some more research before signing up and sending players.

After 3 months of long waiting and lots of lies going around.
Finally got the whole amount PAID.
Thanks for the support and to AGD.

Currently thinking if I should keep on advertising their casinos or not?
My friend advised me not to because it would be ridiculous to go through the same shit again. He got a point on that.
What would you do if you were in my shoes?

Thanks for the heads up on this Mikew and also for AGD in helping this member get paid :)

In so far as your question... If Andy had a word in their ear and this is what got you paid, then maybe they wont be so quick to delay & or make you jump hoops next time. On the other hand, they did break multiple promises & as an affiliate, if there's not 100% trust, then what happens as result of that is you can lose sleep over.

Personally, I'd drop them. Once bitten , twice shy.

I believe they will come in and comment on the thread. it's up to you Mike. I think on you and your buddy know the whole story here, so if you both agree you shouldn't continue to promote them - then you shouldn't. But if there are any questions - then give them an opportunity to convince (or not) you :)
