FORTUNEJACK Refuses to Pay Me After Completed Work

I want to report a serious issue I’m currently facing with FortuneJack’s affiliate team, specifically with their affiliate manager, Daiana Imerlishvili. This is a case where I’ve been scammed out of an agreed payment after fulfilling my part of a promotional collaboration.

I was contacted by Daiana to promote FortuneJack through a series of live streams. The deal was simple and clearly agreed upon in writing: I would perform 5 live streams and the payment would be divided 50% upfront and 50% after completing the 5 streams. This wasn’t a CPA deal or a performance-based collaboration. It was a content creation contract. The Affiliate Manager confirmed these terms multiple times in chat.

After receiving the first 50% payment, I delivered the 5 live streams as promised. Once the work was completed, I reached out for the remaining balance, expecting them to honor the agreement. That’s when the problems began. The Affiliate Manager suddenly started inventing excuses, claiming that the payment of the remaining 50% would only be done “after tangible results” (FTDs, signups, deposits, etc.). This was never part of the original deal. They shifted the goalposts after getting the work done for half the price.

To make things worse, even though I continued to communicate respectfully and offered to do two additional free streams to help long-term growth, the Affiliate Manager chose to stay online, read my messages, and ignored my payment requests.
What makes this situation even more absurd is that while promoting FortuneJack, I’m also working with other casino brands who are seeing daily results and are happy with my performance. This clearly shows that their refusal to pay has nothing to do with my work quality, but rather with a dishonest attempt to avoid paying the agreed fee.

This behavior is completely unacceptable in the affiliate industry. They are using the classic “results excuse” AFTER a content-based deal was delivered in full, in order to avoid paying what they owe.
For transparency, I have full chat logs that prove:
  • The agreed terms.
  • The completion of my work.
  • Their shift in narrative once the work was done.
  • Their evasive behavior when asked for payment.

I will gladly provide the full evidence to the forum admins if required.
I believe it’s important for affiliates to be aware of how FortuneJack is handling their partnerships. If we allow this kind of abuse to go unnoticed, it sets a dangerous precedent for all content creators working in this space.

FortuneJack should be held accountable for these unethical practices.

I would like to add that as soon as I posted this thread, affiliate manager DAIANA deleted the entire chat and blocked me without giving me any answers. Obviously, too bad for her, I already have the entire chat downloaded and ready to show.

LITTLE UPDATE

After posting about the scam from FortuneJack’s affiliate manager, I tried to escalate the issue internally by contacting a second affiliate manager from FortuneJack. I forwarded all the proof: screenshots of the agreement, proof of completed work, and the conversation logs.
This second manager read my messages and blocked me immediately without giving any kind of response. Total silence.
As if that wasn't enough, I also reached out to Daiana Imerlishvili on Instagram, hoping to resolve the situation directly. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she insulted me personally, calling me a "psychopath", and threatened to ruin my reputation by spreading the narrative that I am the scammer, so that no other affiliate manager or casino will ever want to work with me again.

This is not just about a payment anymore; this is outright intimidation and defamation from an affiliate manager who owes me money after I completed my work as per the agreement.
I’m reporting this behavior publicly because no affiliate should ever be treated like this.

Hmm ... beginning 2025 i worked with a bunch of Ukrains. They offered to fix my fence, were asking for upfront payment.
I paid 10% ... they came as promised for two days, i paid them another 40% ... they never showed up again.
Actually i overpaid them €4000 - wtf i can do? Nothing, ... i had no signed contract ... paid them black.
I guess, its same situation with you. 13 posts, blaming others for non-payment.

And exactly in a situation were you should sign a contract because that was not an affiliate gig, you decided to run into the next disaster?
Chat screenshots are the new signed contracts?
Really?! How old are you? Twelve?

Honestly, the comparison you made with your personal experience has absolutely nothing to do with the situation I reported. I never asked for an upfront payment — it was offered to me directly by FortuneJack’s affiliate manager, and I delivered exactly what was requested, on time, as agreed. The deal clearly stated that the remaining 50% would be paid upon completion of the 5 live streams, which they received — and then decided to ignore the agreement.

Yes, I post when I get scammed. I do it because I honor my commitments, even working for free in many cases, while on the other side, some brands take the work and disappear. If the fact that I’ve created more than one thread here bothers you, maybe ask yourself why there are so many similar complaints across the industry. The number of reports should worry you, not make you turn against the person being scammed.

You talk about "signed contracts" like they’re the standard. Let me challenge you publicly: tell me how many affiliates, here or elsewhere, actually work under formal contracts. You know how many? Basically none. The few "contracts" that exist are just informal Word documents written up 10 minutes before a deal, usually by the affiliate manager themselves, with no real legal weight. And you know this, if you actually know how this industry works.

When I refer to chat screenshots, it’s because they’re literally the only form of protection affiliates have. We're never believed by our word alone. Screenshots are always necessary. So before you start lecturing others, maybe educate yourself a little better on how affiliate marketing actually works.

As for my age: yes, I might be younger than you. But in terms of respect, professionalism, and how to treat others, I’m probably at least 20 years ahead of you. Instead of wasting your time typing baseless provocations on a forum, maybe you should spend some time learning how this industry works in 2025 — and while you’re at it, take a crash course in manners and basic decency.

If your takeaway from all this is to mock the victim instead of questioning the system that keeps failing us, maybe you’re not part of the solution — you’re part of the problem.

So it seems Durky is stalking a little around if someone is not going confirm with its POV.

He contacted me via a Canadian number. He boasted about having found my LinkedIn profile. What a genius—it's publicly accessible. I should pay more attention to my anonymity, he said, and then started insulting and swearing at me. Just so you know what kind of person you're dealing with here!

Dude... you're crazy. I wrote to you politely asking you to clarify things, you told me to come and cry under the forum post, and I asked you why you were continuing with this bossy attitude and why you were so angry with me. After you told me you were going to block me right away, I provoked you a little for fun. You're very stressed, my friend. I recommend you take a little vacation.
