Dolfwin dont want pay

Hello,
I was working with Dolfwin and after half month i got message that need pause because traffic not good. We agreed CPA deal.
And i stop promoting it. But when i sent invoice after month i got great answer: "i spoke to the owners. Traffic is very poor. We will pay once deposits reach commission level. "
Its not normal we agreed cpa with terms. And now they only search reason not to pay and changing terms. Its not normal.
Yes i can agree traffic maybe poor but thats not reason broke deal and search reason not to pay.
Why then why first agree..
Like i know not i first and not last with situation like this. I heard that more affiliates same problem with them.

Dolfwin is a new website. We are working with experienced industry veternas.
This affiliate mi-emedia has sent us fake traffic.
6 of the 8 players are OTD's. 2 players deposited twice to date after almost 2 months!
All of the deposits together made 337 EUR, which is leading us to the conclusion the traffic is fraudant.
The affiliate wants 180 EUR CPA. This is scamming. Offered him (mi-emedia) to wait and see if we get further activity by the players.
All the affiliates that read this important post, and send such deliberate traffic hoping to make a one off margin, don't approach us at dolfwin. We are not interested in fake traffic.
You are welcome to check our reputation with the reputable affiliates whom we pay over 200K EUR/month in commissions

Here only one problem when we agreed deal no need broke it. We stop promoting it 1,5 month ago and on this time you dont came to me and every time when i asked when finally payment will be done you telling me that you will take care of it next week! then ignoring and again next week. It bullshit! You are lier! and searching any reason not to pay! One time you telling that poor traffic and you will not pay, next time once deposits reach commission level then you will do payments. And finally when you dont have more reasons its best why tell FRAUD! But yes you know you are right you are boss here and all deals that you agree you can broke and dont pay. We are just idiots who can trust only but here you do WHAT YOU WANT! Best position blame affiliate!
Next time stand with your position but not changing it every time.
All can see what kind of company you really are, every time you look for a way to avoid commitment. But like you told its new company, no more comments.
