Delay in Affiliate Commission Payment

Hello,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delay in the payment of my affiliate commissions.

I submitted a withdrawal request months ago for the amount of 520EUR and no payment has been made to date. The processing time stated as 30 days has passed and I have not received any update or explanation from the company.

Obs: I'm sorry, Partner's team, the complaint was for Campeon Affiliates and I don't know why the complaint was sent to you, thank you for your attention.

Hey! I decided to comment my problem on this thread as the issue is pretty much same.

So, i have also now over 3 month delay of payment from campeon. its not big amount (little under 2000€), but its question of principle to get paid.

Also i wonder if someone else is seeing same problem as i am.

by the end of march i saw new NDC, but it never counted my CPA or even revenue. Also after that i have seen good amount of registrations, but no NDC, feel little suspicious, but ofc, might be that players just don't want to deposit to their casino.

Also it feels weird as i see the new reg customers coming like a bulk as there can be week even two without any action on affiliate platform, but then there pops up many registrations with same time stamp - again it might be true that there is no traffic and then just one day there comes loads of players that ain't deposit, but yea.

I have asked multiple times to proceed the payment and every time i get answer ''we are trying to sort it out'' ''now our other payment department is trying to proceed it'' blaablaa.

Now its over 2 weeks without any answer from campeon and i never got answer for missing NDC cpa + revenue.

Does this sound familiar with others?

I hope the payments get sorted somehow.

It was only after I filed a complaint with Ask Gamblers that I got answers, but they just said that they know about the pending payment and will pay it (but when nobody knows).

It was only after I filed a complaint with Ask Gamblers that I got answers, but they just said that they know about the pending payment and will pay it (but when nobody knows).

Last year i got my payments - also delayed, but anyway got them. This year they paid one invoice, but now there is two unpaid invoices and also almost again over 500€ commissions more, so would be nice to get this sorted out.

I actually just noticed, that there has been appeared two NDC 30.4 (which i did not saw last month or begin of this month).
