Good morning, I am writing to warn you against these criminals.

I'll explain my story to you:

Just over 10 years ago I made a deal with this company 40% revenue share for the player's entire life for each player brought to them.

Well we started working with them and we brought them the beauty of 500 players, but as we worked these criminals invented new taxes, commissions and casino costs, until they got to take 40% of revenue share which between taxes, costs casinos and other things invented by them to keep us with only 12% of the revenue, that is, the company took all the profits, leaving us only the crumbs. What would you have done?

Seeing this, we stopped sending traffic and players to these scammers since they always lowered our earnings, do you realize? with a 40% deal we recovered a maximum of 12% of what the players lost, don't you see it as ridiculous? Isn't this a scam?
Well so far everything is fine, but on November 1st I could no longer log into my account, I immediately contacted support and they told me that my account according to the new terms and conditions and according to the new clause 5.3 is been closed.

I go to see the terms and conditions and I see that they were published on October 2, 2023 as you can see at this address:

First of all, clause 5.3 says: you generate less than ten (10) New Customers over a period of six (6) consecutive months

Now tell me if this clause was written on October 2nd why do they close my account on November 1st after just one month without even giving us 6 months to get 10 players?

If I signed a contract with them 10 years ago with a 40% deal on the player's entire life, why was my account closed?

If I had a 40% revenue share deal, why did they always lower our revenue after a few months until it reached only 12% commissions for us?

Do you know what these criminals even did?
In the month of October we had a profit of over 200 euros in our account, on November 1st they closed our account and didn't even pay us the commissions for the month of November, we contacted support about this but no one responded to us anymore, robbing us of everything of all our players and all our earnings with no more answers.

I forgot: we had no advance email regarding the new terms and conditions and no affiliate manager contacted us beforehand, we were ripped off by Bettson Group Affiliates in a big way by scammers.

We also contacted our Affiliate Manager who could only reply as help: "I understand you and I'm very sorry but I can't do anything for you"

Do you realize? I will try with my lawyer to sue these criminals and we will also make a complaint to the Italian AAMS and I hope that we will be able to recover everything they stole from us.

Guys I'm here to warn you, stay away from these criminals and poor players, also stay away from their casinos such as Star Casino', bettson, betsafe Nordic Bet, Casino Euro, Jalla Casino', Rizk Casino', Race bets , Guts, Thrills, Kaboo and Super Casino.

Stay away from these scammers and criminals at betssongroupaffiliates.com/, you will work for them making them earn 90% of your revenue, you will accumulate a large database of players and maybe one day they will wake up and invent new terms and conditions and they will close your account without giving you any explanations and treating you like animals, but everyone must know that they are the real pigs.

Furthermore, stay away also because not only did they rob me of all the players who were Life Time players in the contract, but they didn't even pay us, they also robbed us of our last payment.

Unfortunately, retroactively changed T&C's, and other dubious clip-joint scams are all too common in this industry, especially these days. Aside from take legal action, not much else one can do.

Though, these igaming companies have such deep pockets, I doubt the case would see the light of court, before they sent an affiliate broke. Only way to stop this crap these days is for affiliates to band together, and take out a class action law suit, which would spread the legal costs.

Sadly to date, even a class action has never happened. Lots of talk but not action...

@bettsongroupscammer - you've been in the industry 10+ years and you seem unaware of the above.

Actually - no that's not a scam. It's pretty normal these days. All programs deduct overheads and fees - but some a LOT more than others.
In fact, 12% on a 40%RS deal is pretty good! You should (NOT) try working with Videoslots...

I was dumped by Betsson as well this month and I am currently trying to get my commissions for April 2022 to Sept 2023.
At the moment I am just getting "speak to the hand".
It's only a tiny amount owed (<€100) - but those earnings are rightfully mine as I faithfully promoted their brands from 2012 to this very day!

It also looks like they are going to rob me of my sub-affiliate commissions - again only a tiny amount, but these earnings should NOT have anything to do with player quotas.

They did the same thing to me, I have taken legal advice and I will be taking them to court.

I guess they think affiliates do not have the time, or resources to start a court action, well I might be short of time, but I am not short of resources so I will start proceedings soon.

Kudos to you for standing up against Tyranny and crooks.

I'm doing the same thing with another program; just have some health matter to take care of 1'st. No point taking action, when, one is not 100%.

Please keep this thread informed about your progress, or least if your able to

FYI... just because a "contract/T&C's" has XYZ, or is changed on such a date, doesn't mean what it contains or worse, has been change to, is legal. These programs use intimidation, by coercing affiliates to agree to changed T&C's, otherwise they close/terminate one's account and steal players and future commissions.

They think they're protected because these companies use Tax Havens to register their operating companies and or Straw-men to run them. Either way, they use tactics which stink, and are criminal by nature.

Take a couple of these clip-joints to court.
Watch as the others stop stealing in their tracks for fear of also being sued!
