Commission not being paid

Hi, I've been going back and forth with the Videoslots for several months now as I am no longer bringing any new players for years now but still have some earnings here and there. The current amount is €720 pending for payout.

I have first requested and established communication in May 2022...

On August 22, 2022 I've received an e-mail stating "I have sent his username to finance. So they will pay him".

On September 29, 2022 I've received an email "It's the owners that are taking these decisions, I can only send it again to them, sorry for this".

Is there any hope for help here that I'd get the amount owed? Thanks!

Frankly, it's never a clean cut case in these circumstances. Before you hang @Sky1 out to dry, you should ask the affiliate when he/she signed up. Then check if the player quota was 'active' for this period, or was there another quota value. VideoSlots.com aren't exactly the most honest/trustworthy program around.

That should be evident, given, within the last 24 hours have been thrown into the Rogue pit.

@AussieDave, thank you very much for expresing your conserns. Complaint is not closed, I have updated the complaint thread with the answer received from the representative, and we are waiting to hear back from the submitter of the complaint.
