New term added and applied 1 September 2026 - HIGHLY PREDATORY!
We're writing to inform that clause 6.4.1 of the Commission Kings Affiliate Terms & Conditions will be applied to your account from 1st September 2026.
Under clause 6.4.1, once a referred player passes the third anniversary of their first deposit, revenue share payable on that player moves to a flat 10% across all products.
What this means for your account from 1st September 2026:

Under clause 6.4.1, once a referred player passes the third anniversary of their first deposit, revenue share payable on that player moves to a flat 10% across all products.
What this means for your account from 1st September 2026:
- Players whose first deposit was made on or before 31st August 2023 will earn 10% revenue share.
- Players who first deposited after 31st August 2023 are unaffected and remain on your existing deal until they reach their own three-year anniversary.
- CPA and hybrid CPA arrangements are unaffected.
- Your existing deal terms continue to apply to all new players you refer.
