ComeOn & Mobilebet merge into Cherry's Omarsys

    Dear Affiliate

    It has been 6 months since the finalisation of the acquisition of CO Gaming (and all its associated brands) by Cherry AB

    During this time, we have been reviewing the best options for running our affiliation programs, to provide the very service to for our affiliate partners. As a result of this review, it has been decided that we will migrate EarnAffiliates to CherryAffiliates and relaunch the merged programs as COMEON! CONNECT thus moving from NetRefer to our proprietary platform, Omarsys.

    This move will allow you to access all of our brands from one account, if you so wish, and will allow us, as a program further assist you to monetise your traffic.

    We have discovered that you already have a CherryAffiliates account with us, so this process should be very easy :)

    The time frames are as follows:

    By the 24th November 2017:

    You will be contacted individually to nominate your chosen Cherry Affiliates parent account.

    End of December 2017:

    Migration of all existing EarnAffiliates referred players will be migrated to your nominated CherryAffiliates account.

    Data will continue to be sent to NetRefer, and all payments will be made as normal via EarnAffiliates for December.

    Start of January 2018:

    The new and improved CherryAffiliates, now to be known as COMEON CONNECT will be launched.

    You will be able to log in to your usual CherryAffiliates account here - comeonconnect.com and Earn Affiliates brand data from 1st January 2017 will be available to you, please review your stats at this time and contact your affiliate manager if you have any questions.

    Unfortunately, we will not be migrating historic data. If you need assistance downloading any existing reports, please contact your affiliate manager. Data will be available in NetRefer until 31st March 2017.

    Mid-January 2018:

    All existing affiliate links and banners will need to be replaced with Omarsys tracking links

    Please note that existing NetRefer links will continue to work until 28th February 2017.

    End of January 2018:

    All Omarsys data will be finalised to ensure tracking is working and that no data is left in NetRefer.

    Please note at this time, January commission payments may be later than our stated terms of 10 working days. We want to ensure that all your commissions are paid to you.


    End of February 2018:

    All affiliates will need to be using Omarsys tracking links. No traffic should be sent via NetRefer links.

    We understand that any migration is frustrating and can throw up a lot of questions, but we have been working on this plan for a number of months to ensure a smooth transition.

    Couple of typo's with the dates there me-thinks... :rolleyes:

    Shame you're moving from NetRefer to Omarsys and not the other way round: After working with you guys for a couple of years, your reporting still totally confuses me :confused:
    Still - that wont be a problem for me in the future as I am dropping all your brands.

    Hi KK,

    Well spotted - we kept that in to see how many eagled eyed affiliates would actually read the email and comment ;-)

    I am sorry to hear that you have had some confusion with the Omarsys reporting, we haven't had any other complaints from affiliates using it since CherryAffiliates launched on the platform a couple of years ago. Your affiliate manager will be reaching out to you to see how we can assist in explaining them to you. Happy to talk you directly about the benefits of this if you so wish.

    With regards to dropping our brands, that is a shame, but of course your prerogative. We thought long and hard what would be best in terms of migration and came to the conclusion that a system that had all of our brands in one place and under one account would be far better for the affiliate to manage, rather than having separate accounts for each brand as EarnAffiliate currently operates.
