Hey all..

Due to their terms payments should be made lastest on 5th, while the manager says latest on 10th..

They still didnt pay and there is absolutely no updates regarding these payments.


I have asked many times for it, and manager says he dont know, and there is nothing more he can do.

7 days ago i told the manager that i will post here since i will have to warn others regarding payment problems/delays - this is the first time i decided to take it further instead of just saying “Ok thank you - will wait some more”.

I did send this:

“Its super annoying that nothing happends, and i was told to open player account, now you can’t transfer to Skrill, and now you can.
As a new affiliate, this really can’t be in your interest, but seems like you can’t do anything from your position about it.
So i need to warn other affiliates who also have on time payments as highest priority, about this.”


and here comes the crazy part..

Chris their manager absolutely raged instead of taking care of the situation or come with an explanation.

Here is his answer:

“This must be a joke. What about building a strong relationship if with the first delay/problem you go all threatening around. This is not the way a strong relationship is being built. This is absurd, you act like a bonus abuser in a casino - threatening with all he has and then he still ends up with nothing.

We are a reliable and well branded casino with a good history, do you really think we would mess around with our partners and don't pay them the commission they deserve ? This is absurd and it annoys me that you put us in this position. I already explained to you many times, that we will pay you the commission, nothing to worry about and that this is the first time we actually are delaying the payments.

There is no lie and scam here, you are acting like you would be the first day in this business, very frustrating to work this way. It's like you wouldn't know that there could be problems sometimes in business. We have few more partners that are also still waiting the commission but meanwhile they even put us in better positions to earn more and they have never ever asked everyday about a delayed payment. Not to mention - threatening with posts elsewhere.

I am really disappointed with your behavior.
And that is true, I have done everything I can from my side for the commission to be paid, everything else unfortunately does not depend on me. So all this situation is not my fault.”



He is the only one i know from this company.. and he told me payments were made latest on 10th.. but he keeps saying its not his fault, and he can’t do more.

Normally i understand if a brand have problems with payments but he didnt even tell me there was problems, he just told me to “sit back and relax - money is on its way”.

Until now i still dont know the reason for their problems.

I didnt reply to that answer, i just decided to wait one more week..
So i asked for a update friday, but he didnt reply.
Ofc payments is important, but i think his answer itself, should be enough to go out and warn everybody about them.

Dear valued partner,

As it seems is you've provided us a Skrill EUR address for your affiliate commission yet wanted to receive it via your player account that has DKK as a currency and Neteller as a payment method.

I can attest that Chris is the newest member in our affiliate department and handled the case a bit poorly and the fact that we have multiple platforms, accounting systems and vacation time combined with the above does not help.

Nevertheless, thank you for warning the community that Casoo Partners are apparently intentionally not paying and dodging a €280 commission payment.

The new integration of Skrill does not allow transfers from merchant to player/individual and Neteller transfers are limited. Since the team did not manage to do it, they waited for the higher-ups to solve it.

That message just says it all..
Since then a made over 1k revenue.. and i was afraid of missing them too since absolutely nothing happend.. I did even give you an extra week before i went to post, and Chris didnt even care about it.

No the skrill details was 100% accurate, and i just recieved a payment on that account last friday..
I will send a screenshot of this skrill account to @MissExposé, cause you try to make me look stupid.
The account covers all currencies.
If it was so hard to pay on skrill you had more than 2 weeks now to credit the player account.. it looks like it would take less than 2 minutes.. but it was not in your interest.

Still can't recommend this program

You know that this is a bit of sarcasm Daniel :rolleyes:

I find it very questionable when a manager says he can't do anything.

Instead of telling his partners, hey, we currently experience some delays, this manager is indignant and condemned the partner if he makes the situation public after a certain period of waiting.

So i think it's a cheek how the manager is acting.

I would not deal with companies if i know before that there are working managers like Chris.

Hope that Chris has learned out from this situation.

But i also note that Daniel has expressed regret for what should be recognized.

Thank you for promoting our brands and truly appreciate you being with us.

We tried to withdraw your commission via Skrill and we could not, apparently you had changed account details. Same issue with Neteller (even with us sucessfully withdrawing a payment to you before). At the end of the day the whole team was searching for a solution to MANUALLY process your payment.

One of the key goals of our partner program is to make our partners happy. If they are happy - we are happy. Paying on time is an integral part of "happy" in our opinion, therefore there is absolutely no incentive for us to stall anything, just to be clear here.

Last month the conversion rate for your traffic was 100% and this month's stats look very similar - surely we can not be as bad as you claim us to be? :)

Nevertheless, the partner is paid and hopefully satisfied.

They took me for over 2500 EUR, so yes I would say stay far away from this program as they are blacklisted on many sites and yes they are extremely rude when it's payday and it seems they always come up with excuses why they are not paying. And they didn't even tell there was a problem as well. They waited 24 days to accuse me of fraud purposely to steal more money from me this month as well. Good work Daniel and Chris! I think this is also proof that I'm not the only one that feels this way.
