Ikibu is another white label. Before they had Chance Hill too, but they had to sell it, because they had financial problems. Basically, they have problems since the start. At Chance Hill they had a big winner and lacking money they started Ikibu.
I agree with AussieDave here. The typical white label lacks enough money and thinks they have an awesome idea (while it's just another white label). Ikibu, CasinoFlop, Larry, Untold, Calzone, JoReels... examples enough.
They're in some circle. It goes wrong if they pay too much for their traffic, but because of a lot of white label flops, webmasters want money upfront instead of depending on a decent revenue share and hope the white label survives for years. And they have of course an extra middle man who wants to earn too.
Sometimes I get the impression white label business is more than all sell an expensive service-contract to some guys who think they can run a casino without bothering if it will succeed.
