Reason for the Rogue Placement:

Casino.com have changed their terms and conditions to allow themselves to retroactively cancel affiliate commissions. This RETROACTIVE term forces an affiliate to send 5 players prior to receiving their DUE EARNINGS.

This is a breach of the affiliate contract and Casino.com should not be trusted.

PREDATORY TERM, Commissions, Predatory Term, Minimum Player Rule

5.12 A minimum of 5 First Time Depositors (FTDs) are required before a payment withdrawal request can be made by you.

This term is NOT GOOD FOR AFFILIATES. The term not only shows that Casino.com is willing to breach their own contracts with affiliates, but shows how much they truly DO NOT CARE for their partners.

PLEASE - If you value your earnings, do NOT promote Casino.com!!!

Clause 5.12 was removed. The original purpose was to avoid players joining the affiliate program just to refer themselves, but we have that covered in the T&C anyway.

I was always wondering, why in hell do you want to block players from doing that??? you should thank them for coming and play with you, after all, there are a lot of Brands that give Rake Back and encourage the players to sign up and get some commission back - either way you guys make money!

unless im totaly wrong here, please inlight me:)

Most affiliate programs do not want their affiliates playing on their own affiliate accounts. That would allow ALL players to join the affiliate program and then make money off their own losses (recoup some of their losses).

I believe that is the main reason they do not want this.

It's time to take casino.com out of this Rouge list...

As you can see, we've removed the problematic clause from the T&Cs. BTW, Casino.com is indeed part of the Mansion group and we've verified that the T&Cs of Mansion are also clean.

Yes, thank you for removing the clause. We will place your program back into the appropriate section... but will need to do a review of terms prior to certification.
