Can someone explain this paragraph I found in the T&C?

10.14 Minimum threshold for the balance zeroing is five (5) FTDs in the applicable period. In case cumulative wins of a single Player result in Affiliate Negative Balance of more than $5 000 in a given month, this Player will be isolated and won’t generate any Net Gaming Revenue to the affiliate until the full amount of the negative balance has been satisfied.

Is it means that you have to bring in 5 FTDs to no negative carryover applied to your account balance?

It seems like they've included two (2) separate clauses in this one statement. So lets look at the 5 FTDs.

It seems to me this would mean, you MUST bring in a minimum of five (5) FTDs in whatever their applicable period is, to avoid being subjected to NCO (negative carry over).

Meaning, if you DO NOT REFER the minimum five (5) NDPs, then your account will incur NCO for that applicable period.

The High Roller Clause: Your account from one single player can not exceed a negative of > $5,000 in a given month. If this happens, that player will be isolated (corralled) until such time as that player has LOST BACK the total amount of winnings, which placed them in isolation to begin with.

Only my personal opinion... But an AGD sponsor be paying as close to their advertised commission structure as possible. 1 or 2% difference is acceptable. Any figure greater than this is not acceptable, and IMHO it's a rip-off.

Lastly, AGD Rep for PlayAttack, goes by the nick "Helmet Guy". Sorry but that's just pathetic. Granted, members use a Nickname BUT we're not a paid AGD sponsor.

I expect a level of professionalism from a AGD paid sponsor, or for that matter, any paid sponsor.

This industry seems to happily accept mate this, mate that, when dealing with affiliates. It's as if we're all sitting around a bar getting drunk.

This isn't some game, people's lives, and their livelihoods are at stake here. Hence, using anything other that an official title and name, screams to affiliate partners, YOU DON'T MATTER.

Buffalo Partners hasn't got a great rap, my affiliate manager, and every affiliate manager I've worked with over the years, include their upper management echelon, all use their REAL NAMES.

It's respectful and simple professional to use one's real name. NOT a made up nickname.

Based on that, their five (5) NDPs quota, and their greater than 2% commission deductions, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Thank you for reinforcing what I deciphered from this paragraph. Luckily I always read through the T&C of each program before I signup. Now I won't sign up.
I haven't found a worthy program to replace non-converting brands for at least a year.
