Some Bugs will take longer to sort out as these are not business critical

Maybe not for VS (it's not affecting their imcome)...

But these bugs being FIXED are very critical for your affiliate partners.

So VS affiliates are not important (or a priority), that's what your saying???!!!

- "List Activities" function under customer report does not work for new players.
- "Activity" function under customer reports does not work at all. This is the function where you can limit customer report within a activity date frame.
- Earnings Graph on start page does not work at all. Flat line.
- "Marketing URLs" under campaign does just return: array(10) { [0]=> NULL [1]=> NULL [2]=> NULL [3]=> NULL [4]=> NULL [5]=> NULL [6]=> NULL [7]=> NULL [8]=> NULL [9]=> NULL }.
- "Export" button under Payments does just generate a html-file with simple unformated text. The exact same as un the table under payments.
- "Export" button under Breakdown does not work at all. When you click, nothing happens.

There has always been a lot of bugs in the Videoslots affiliate back end. It seems that they have not employed testers at all who tests the system so I guess we have can help them a bit in order to see them fixed as soon as possible. Win-win!

Here is a list of current bugs/annoyances that I have found:

- "List Activities" function under customer report does not work for new players.
- "Activity" function under customer reports does not work at all. This is the function where you can limit customer report within a activity date frame.
- Earnings Graph on start page does not work at all. Flat line.

We have fixed all bugs mentioned in this thread. Thanks for all constructive feedback.

When looking at the customer reports with an activity date the registration date is always the same as the activity date chosen. Please fix this.

Will Take a look but it may be correct as I think this feature was only to show what the first activity on the account was so if the player registered and played free spins on the same day then it shows that activity only and the date would be the same.

I will, however, raise it and see what our Dev says as i am not 100% sure .

List activities show the profit and loss of a players activity form the day he signed up.

So if he signs up today receives only his free spins and plays that then it will only have the 1 date and that date will match the sign-up day as that's when he has the first activity.

If he continues to play then this will keep recording dates per activity but if there was only one they match.

What about if a player signed up in 2014 - and you want to see that players recent activity (for September). Should the register date in the report be his original registration date in 2014, or todays date?

When I enter a reference number for a player in customer reports I don't get up any player at all. Please check (and test/make sure) that the function is working again.

Do you test your functions at all before you deploy?

I tested it and I got the information I needed by using Search what is Missing though is the Customer ID soi have logged that but the search by Id is working?

It is not showing the date the player signed up when filtering with activity.

Search for a player with Reference ID does not work for me at all.

What is it that you don't think is vital to have where?

I will break it down for you so that it is really clear for you:

Registration Date Function
In "Reports->Customers" you have a column that is called "Registration". I presume this column is showing when the player registered (either as a signup or as a FTD/RMP). If I only go to the Customers Reports, and scroll through all the players tagged to my account, I see their registration date in the "Registration" column.
However, if I want to see the activity of a specific day I tick the "Activity" radio button and choose a date range and the system then shows me the players who were active in this chosen date range. When I do this, the "Registration" column does not show the players registration date anymore but the same date that I chose in the date picker for the date range of activity. So for instance, if I see that a player won lots of money on September 20th, and I want to know if this player is a newly registered player or an old player - I have to untick the activity date and search for that player (see problem below) to know when that player registered. Wouldn't it be better if the "Registration" column always showed a players date of registration?

Player Search
If I want to see a specific player's stats, I can search for this player with the help of the "Reference ID". When I go to "Reports->Customers" and enter a "Reference ID" in the "Reference ID" box and click on "Search" the function does not return the searched for "Reference ID". The function is not working at all.

Let me know if it still is not clear and I will do my best to explain it even clearer.

Very Clear Thanks for the Explanation .. On The Reg Date Function I will Loog it as you have Cleary Explained very well I may add ..On the Player Search I have already Logged this to our Dev Team these may take some time to get sorted as they are currently working on more pressing reports . as Long as its logged it will get looked into thanks again for pointing these out

I am so sorry, but I really would want to stay anonymous here at AGD. That way I feel that I can say exactly what I feel without risking it to affect my business in a negative way. It is weird that I (and many more affiliates) feel this way but it is the nature of the casino affiliate industry. I hope you understand.

I don't think it has to do with my players but probably with user groups in the system where some (or all?) affiliates can't do some things that maybe AMs are allowed to in the system.

Does anyone else have the above-mentioned problem when searching for a Reference ID?
