Brofist - Payment issues

We have found ourselves in a situation where back in February we have agreed on a deal concerning Dazard Casino, then later on, their other brand - Millionaria was added. Mid - July we were asked to stop the deal. So we had 5 months of constant campaigns, and not a single comment or feedback from them, until they asked us to pause the traffic. Now after all these months we are really struggling to collect missing payments of almost 20k eur. They are unwilling to complete the payment because they didn't find the traffic to be of value to them. So they have not paid on time back when they were invoiced, they waited months and months before they asked us to stop the traffic, and now they are only willing to pay a small amount. Back when we discussed the deal, it was not in any way communicated that this will be a performance based deal, and whether the payments will be conditioned to any kind of quality expectations.

I'm not trying to make excuses for the program because it definitely seems that BroFist, are making monkeys out of all their affiliates over the last few months, by not paying people.

Just interested to know if you have any proof of this agreement.

Yes, I have all the agreements documented, as well as the traffic directed their way over the months

We are waiting for months for our commissions. They create a group conversation with some guys from the company who are going to ‘solve’ the issue. But since then again waiting for 2 months without any payment.
