We have found ourselves in a situation where back in February we have agreed on a deal concerning Dazard Casino, then later on, their other brand - Millionaria was added. Mid - July we were asked to stop the deal. So we had 5 months of constant campaigns, and not a single comment or feedback from them, until they asked us to pause the traffic. Now after all these months we are really struggling to collect missing payments of almost 20k eur. They are unwilling to complete the payment because they didn't find the traffic to be of value to them. So they have not paid on time back when they were invoiced, they waited months and months before they asked us to stop the traffic, and now they are only willing to pay a small amount. Back when we discussed the deal, it was not in any way communicated that this will be a performance based deal, and whether the payments will be conditioned to any kind of quality expectations.
