All the more reason to promote other programs so you don't have all your eggs in the same basket.

We are not paid I only meant that I was paid via another place at QT so there was not issue on the end of QT.

We invest so much to ensure our affiliates get paid well and on time and yes, we do have hick ups occasionally but what you are saying is pushing it a little too far, don't you think?

Anyway, I have a meeting for parents whose kids are going to the army next year so I need to go and so I hope have answered your questions.

Have a great weekend!

Cheers

P.S. Shelley works together with me in our offices in the Galilee:

Agreed, it just so happens one of my bigger eggs was always with BS and now ASUSA... just my bad luck that this happens now.

Im more interested now in finding out why this was allowed to happen. Delay everyones payment to get a few more added on? That doesn't add up to me.

I'm also interested in finding out exactly how independant ASUSA and Brightshare are.

It wasnt but a few months ago that Shelley of Brightshare was logged in and posting on AGD as "Janet Edwards" ...

Last month my Brightshare payment arrived in QT and was tagged as being sent by ASUSA.

I'm not going to get into all the spinspark crap - thats enough to make someone sick.

Maybe I'm totally off base here, but something just doesn't feel right to me and I'm having trouble nailing it down.

I've only just found out from reading this thread that all my Brightshare US Players were migrated to this program. LOL

Might be a nice surprise waiting for me after the weekend when I get access to my account there. ;D

Thanks Lloyd for giving me Janet's contact details :)

Couldn't agree more with this statement. Especially in my experience there is always one program that gets pummelled by a player or players each month.

Must be nice to be making so much money that you dont miss part of it. I was there 4-5 years ago - these days its month to month and missing any of it is no laughing matter.

Oh don't get me wrong, I certainly wasn't making light of your situation. We have been hit like everyone else, we have just spread the traffic more consistently across programs, so we are not reliant on any particular one payment.

I also agree with you, it is a major pain when payments are delayed or held up regardless of how much you earn.

I am trying to figure out what it is you think I said? I simply stated that if your pushing other brands instead of relaying solely on just 1 or 2 programs for earnings then when times like this come along your azz is covered to take the loss of money or the delay.

I was able to take the loss of everyone of my USA players that were not mapped over to ALLSLOTSUSA that I sent for over 6yrs because of the fact that I built up other programs and earn there as well.

Nothing was personally said against Brightshare. I am waiting for my player audit like a good girl :)

Anyway ... Janet isn't giving me much info on the specifics of what happened refusing to answer certain questions. She eventually told me that they were waiting on info for the "majority" of their affiliates. I'm lost as to why they would need to re-obtain info that they had the previous months.

Whats going on exactly? Is technical glitch enough of an explanation when it comes to our banking details? Really?

As it turns out, I guess I should have kept my mouth shut - ASUSA stats for OCT are now 1/3 of what they were the previous 3 months; which was already a very very low number. Guess next month my bills wont be late - they just wont get paid. This stress is going to send me out the door next.

I havent gotten that yet, very odd ... Did they lose data, was data hacked/stolen ... I'm stressed so maybe Im over reacting, but I think we deserve to know exactly whats going on. Am I out of line?

Monday is half over I still dont see a payment in my QT from either ASUSA or Brightshare.

AS USA Payment Status Oct 2010

Hi All,

Please note that when AS USA Affiliate Program was set up, we received all affiliates' contact information from BrightShare, but not their payment information.

During the last several months, we've been sending emails to all affiliates requesting payment details so we can process all payments to all affiliates. Unfortunately we received very poor response - only a very few affiliates replied to us.

So that we might transfer all payments of AS USA affiliates, our financial officer recently requested BrightShare (who was the original owner of all these affiliates) to transfer all missing payment information to us.

I just sent out emails to these affiliates to confirm that the payment details we received from BrightShare are up-to-date, so that we don't transfer payments to incorrect accounts.

We originally planned to transfer all the payments together, but since the confirmation process is taking longer than we expected, please note that for affiliates who did send us their updated banking information, we have processed payment today.

The rest will be sent as soon as all the details are confirmed.

I hope this answers your questions.

So for 6 months now ... the majority of your affiliates didn't supply payment info? Really? I'm sorry this just doesn't add up.

If youve been trying for 6 months to get info from affiliates and they have showed no interest in giving it to you - they sure as heck shouldnt be a legit reason to hold the payments of all those that have supplied you the info!

Oh and for the record - I still have no payment in my QT account from either ASUSA or Brightshare.

What does that have to do with Brightshare payments? I have been paid instantly by other programs via QT so I know it does not take days for money to appear once you have sent it.

EXACTLY!

They both are having issues with usemywallet / QT - not just ASUSA waiting on data. Is that just a coincidence?

Based on Shelley logged in and posting as Janet, based on my BS payment arriving last month marked as being sent by ASUSA, based on half a dozen other things I'm not going into right now, I say its not a coincidence at all.

Not that long ago if something like this happened it would be all over the forums - today Im practically the only one posting on the subject - is this industry that dead?

the problem is the back end needs to have a pmop for affiliates to enter their info.
