Brightshare & ASUSA payments

... delayed.

Janet has told me that payments were delayed because ASUSA didn't have all the info of affiliates from Brightshare. WHAT?

I've received payments since they took over - who ever "they" is... now my payment was delayed because they didnt have info of another affiliate? WHAT?

Now today I get an email from Brightshare saying their payments are delayed as well.

Somethings not adding up here. Are there issues with QT?

So you received payment via QT?

Where are you located?

Hate to think that this is just a "me" issue, but I havent seen anyone else complaining about the delayed payments so its making me wonder.

As I just posted on GPWA:

Brightshare completed payments on Oct 18th except for UseMyWallet users whose payment is on hold because of a technical issue that we are working on solving.

Regarding AS USA - they requested additional payment details that we provided them today and I understand they will be going ahead with all payments to affiliates early next week.

Apologies for all these delays, we'll try not to repeat this in the future.

Additional payment details?

So its true that my payment was delayed because they didnt have another affiliates information? Are you serious?

Early next week? If they now have what they need why arent they sending them out today?

As affiliate programs we make payments in bulk to all affiliates once a month. Sometimes when there are two many affiliates that may not receive payment if we don't address some technical issue we prefer to wait a few days and pay everyone rather then leave a large bulk of affiliates without any payment for the month.

We also follow up payments with a make-up payment - but this only happens much later in the month.

We are very sorry about this delay.

I meant - too many, not "two" many - there are many more than two affiliates affected here

So an entire database of affiliates was affected due to the request for additional info for a few additional affiliates?

Why not pay the bulk of affiliates and anyone whos info wasnt supplied at that time - well, they get left out and the blame goes to those who didnt request and/or supply info quick enough. That seems to make sense instead of screwing all affiliates because youre waiting on info from a few more! Makes no sense at all!

Good points - but please understand that the payment process isn't just pressing a button - many people need to give focused attention in order to do the job with minimum error.

AS USA wanted to ensure more affiliates received payment this month, asked for these additional details and should be processing payment ASAP.

I know it's frustrating....

A heads up!

Not sure if you realise but Brightshare are in Tel Aviv and don't work Friday or Saturday. Their processor doesn't work Sunday, so that's why payments are probably delayed further and why Lloyd said next week.

I don’t have the numbers - this you'll need to get from AS USA - but like I said enough to warrant the delay. I'm sure they can't supply these exactly numbers you want.

Ohhh is it Friday there already? Geesssh yes I knew they didnt work weekends.

I thought it was still the work week for them - lloyd, Liyu Lu, and Janet have all responded to emails rather quickly - figured they were working today. IF not my bad. IF they are working today and they have the info why arent payments sent today?


Just really stressed here and delayed payments are really going to have a major MAJOR affect on me this month!

Thanks Dave, we are in Israel and everything like the said except we are in the Galilee and not in Tel Aviv :)

I wish Brightshare would pay before the 5th of each month, like Rewards. ;)

Yah the 18th / 20th was bad enough - now we have to wait until 2 months out ... it will be November before the September commissions get into my bank account.

Sadly. maybe its just the stress, but I fear that since Im speaking up about this that my November stats are going to really suck.
