thanks everyone, its a Verizon Fios specific problem. They started to block the site.
Below is the fix from BP: I didn't change mine in the router but did in the internet protocol.

I switched the DNS name servers on my Verizon router to Google's DNS public servers and I can now access it fine. However, the DNS servers that my Verizon Fios provides were blocking bettingpartners.com for some reason.

Let me add that Bet4You was the first one to suggest it.
