Bitdreams affiliates locked acc and confiscated ~1000 EU - CLOSED

Hello guys!
Please help me what to do with Bitdreams affiliates.
We worked with Bitdreams affiliates around 6 months and received payments to BTC every month on time.
But last month affiliate manager Megan asked us to send:
1. Identity document
2. Proof of address details
I sent passport and UB.
After 2 days received skype message:
'Megan, 12:41
Please note that your account has been blocked and your earnings confiscated due to fraudulent docs received'
Then I sent selfie with passport + ID and driver license.
Received reply:
'Megan, 13:42
We have had a revised look at this and the team have rejected the documents.'
All docs was in good quality, also I asked to check my documents through third party, because they are 100% legit. I asked to make video call for vertification.
But got ignore.
With admins I can share all skype chat sreenshots, and to make my passport vertification.
Also want to ask other affiliates or bitdreams asked to send documents too?
They approved or locked acc too?

If Megan is truly the manager, then she should be able to tell a fake ID from a legit ID. And in doing so, override her staff and get @casinoviews paid what is owed.

The OP has offered to do a Skype ID call, I mean how much more valid can the OP be???!!!

However Megan et al declined the Skype call.

According to the update we received, the affiliate program's internal investigation conducted by the 'fraud-risk' division has verified that the generated traffic is not authentic. Consequently, the payments cannot be issued. Due to the sensitive nature of the matter, the complete investigation details cannot be disclosed on the public forum.
Due to this, we can't assist further and we will be marking the case closed.
