I am having major issues with Betmaster partners.

I am waiting for them to pay my commissions from the month of October, they keep delaying and lately do not reply at all to my messages.

Therefore, think twice before signing up to their affiliate program,and BEWARE of the hassle you will encounter when it comes to payment, THEY DO NOT PAY!!

They also don't pay players. They have some term in their t&c that they can just do not pay when they feel so without giving an explanation.

Hi Betstar88, please expect payment this week. To clarify about the situation. There was a delay because we stopped accepting motivated (scheme) traffic for anything other than revenue share a while ago and your account was created when we did not have these rules in place. So after resolving this with compliance, we agreed with you in skype to switch you to revenue share for future traffic, and will payout CPA for the past period. Please comment in this thread when you have received.

This is about a player, not about an affiliate. The communication-style of Betmaster says enough. They're simply not willing to pay a fair won prize.

The complaint also is posted on Ask Gamblers and there the complaint isn't resolved either. So I'm convinced already about Betmaster.

Hey, can you point me to the complaint please? We're 6/6 resolved and 12/13 for our brands so I'd like to know more details. You can write in DM because this is affiliate resource and there are plenty of websites that accept player complaints. Betmaster Partners strives to solve each and every player complaint.

While I agree AGD and or this thread is exclusively for affiliates, not player grievances (issues), however NOT everything is, or can be, black-and-white.

The casino player complaint which Biti referred to above, shines a very dodgy light on the casino in question, which, seems to be part of the Betmaster Partners affiliate program.

There's an old saying in the affiliate industry... If a casino is screwing their players over, you can bet they will screw their affiliates over too.

The case over at AskGambler is IMHO quite disturbing. The player wasn't using a bonus - it was a straight cash-deposit. Yet, the casino has used this Fuck-You clause to confiscate his winnings, and terminate (close) his account.

I have checked what happened with your account, unfortunately, your account was suspended due to the following clause of T&C's which you agreed to when registering an account:

4.11. The Company has a right to terminate this Agreement without a preliminary notice and without giving additional explanations, then available funds on the balance free from any liabilities to the Company or other third parties will be paid out to the payment system used for depositing or any other at the sole discretion of the Company.

This player could have been an affiliate tagged player. It's why this rogue issue, shouldn't be swept under the carpet at AGD... It should be made public everywhere...just sayin

I, like I'm sure other members do too, appreciate the effort the staff here at AGD put into the forum. I don't want to come across as an A-Hole, over this. However, 'double standards' seem to be at play, here.

@MissExposé FYI... Pirated Software alerts are frequently posted here at AGD, linking to lcb, along with other news, which you, yourself post, on what seems to be a regular basis.
