Betwinner not paying, Affiliate Commission

We are working with betwinner, We started in Feb'24.. We were facing issue in the withdrawl.. Our payment cycle is weekly. So every monday we were supposed to be paid into the player account. But till now we haven't been paid.. Every monday we see a error in the payment histroy "withdrawl abort".
When i take up this issue with my account manager, Initially he ignored my messages, and last week he told me my account is in risk and fraud analysis and waiting for their revert..
Just to mention Player hold period is 7-14 days , and this fraud and risk issue raised after the hold period.. I can clearly see my players got approved in their dashboard, and funds move from hold to available. and when payment time comes they just created this lame excuse for Risk and Fraud Analysis.
And today again i followed with my AM, and he reverted today gave the same response "waiting for revert from fraud and anylsis team". I told him that we will raise this issue in the forums, then immediately he told me that they got revert from Fraud and Risk Anaylsis Team.. What a pathetic behaviour it is.
I am attaching all the necessary proofs here.

@amigomedia As per update we received from the representatives the reason why you are not paid is because the traffic from your account was checked and defined as motivated.
