Betwinner - Landing Pages Don't load. Technical teams enjoy weekend. Affiliates lose traffic.

Since today morning i see zero registrations on my stats. The reason - many betwinners landing pages don't load. I immideatly contact affiliate team via internal chat.

The reply is: our technical support team will check this. But only after weekend. Weekends is day off for technical support team.

So this guys don't have 24/7 technial support. If something wrong with they landing pages affiliates must lose traffic until monday.

With all my respect. This is affliate forum. We are professional affiliates here. We are not idiots. We know how to contact affiliate manager via skype/telegram/email.

Now problem solved. But the problem was - that all your managers and technical teams available only on monday - friday. So problem begin at sunday morning, but within +24 hrs nobody try to solve them. Because you all at weekends. So within 24 hours traffic go unavailable landng pages.

This is serious trouble. But you team wating 24 hrs before start to solve it.
