BetUS not tracking players?

I have tried to contact them by several e-mails & Skype, but had no responses...

I always felt it was more of a 'conversion' issue, but it is certainly possible that the tracking is a problem That wouldn't be good news. I do know that they had one hell of a time working with Rival on integrating that casino.

This is one of the reasons they launched Vegas Aces 'on the side' as I recall. It was a way to separate from the brand 'BetUS' which is super-combined (i.e., sports, poker, casino is all intercombined).

Resolved Issue

I just wanted to comment that we did address and resolve this question with KK. Their was some confusion regarding the join date by the player and affiliate. Player joined a few days before the affiliate had an account with us.
