BetterPlay - CX Migration Disaster: Players Lost, Stats Gone & Commissions Unpaid

My experience with BetterPlay after the migration has been unacceptable.

My stats are gone. Players weren't migrated to my new account. Commissions are still not visible or paid. Even a basic affiliate-link issue has been dragging on for days.

Kamila and Christos keep pushing everything to CX and asking me to wait, with no clear solution or timeline.

Technical problems happen. But when players, tracking and commissions disappear and nobody takes ownership, it starts to feel predatory rather than professional.

Days keep passing. Still waiting for my players, stats and commissions to be restored.

BetterPlay — affiliates deserve transparency and accountability, not endless waiting.

Always a daunting aspect and so many programs do switch platforms more often than not. Hopefully it will be rectified by the platform and operator.

Are your migrated players visible in the activity report?

That's the case for me at least, only that report shows activity. No commission is being added, and the earnings tab and dashboard balance are also empty.

I've flagged this issue to them, but they are slow to resolve it.

I didn't request payment because it only shows up on the activity tab. I don't think I'm supposed to calculate and add up the commission myself.

They are looking into it, will let you know once it's sorted. Hopefully it will be in time for the invoice next month.

From the operator perspective, changing affiliate platforms from A to Z means 'manual' migration, which is the way to shave your commission and de-tag your profitable players. So, the transition is actually a harvesting period for them

The issue with my account was that they set the default commission, but not for specific brands. Now that it's been set, commission is being added.
