Betspartners Scam

We worked several years with Betspartners.io without any problems. 3 months ago we added their no new Brand Betsio.com to our website. We agreed on a 50% RS Deal and had 21 FTD's. For several months we tried to get our commissions until we received the following message today:


hello I figured out your situation, here is the answer from our antifraud team
The traffic is not of the best quality. Players made 1-2 deposits and disappeared, everyone took the Bonus on the first deposit.
Unfortunately, I can't do anything more for you"

How is that possible on a revenue share deal?
Its also not true that they only did 1 or 2 deposits, these players still making deposits.

Now to the funny part.
A few days ago I received a message from another manager from betspartners if its possible to add one more brand to our website. haha!

I think there isn't much more to say about the seriousness of this company.

It's not possible on RS to claim fraud traffic.
Whatever amount the casino made out of the players, they should pay you your agreed deal, in your case 50%
It does not matter if they made 1m EUR or 5 EUR you still get 50%
This is clearly a scam.

There is only one case not to pay RS and this is when the casino actually returs the deposits to a player. This is a very rare situation tho.

Thats i the reason why i made it public they tried to claim RS traffic as fraud. It's absolute outrage I have never seen something similar in the last 10 years. The owed amount is very small and not the reason for this complaint.
