Bet365 Affiliates Spam

Signed up with this program a while ago but then affiliates began questioning their stats, so I never promoted them. I requested my account closure but since then, I keep getting spammed with all sorts of crap from Bet365 Affiliates. I've made multiple requests to have both my account closed and emails removed from their database but all instances have fallen on deaf ears.

Does anyone have a contact at Bet365 Affiliates who actually responds to emails?
