Has anyone had issues with Chipstars Affiliates?

I have been back and forth with them since last Oct (2023) about RS and payment.
Their dash board is a UI nightmare with some sections inaccessible. - marketing tool and "payments".

They are in my top 3 ranking posts, top performing pages and second most searched queries.

They claim no traffic but I can see there's 1000's going there.

They have multiple currencies that they pay RS % with but they all contradict each other.
For example: They say a RS payment due to me is €100 but there is RS owed that is over £300, and over 100 CAD too, how can it only be €100?
They say "everything is converted to EUR to make things more simple". It's not.

Thanks

Jay

Hi @MissExposé Thank you but don't bother. They are terrible and are coming off my sites.
I have colleagues who have had issues with them and a sister casino called [name removed - incorrect brand, not affiliated with chipstars].
I just want to see if anyone else have had any problems with them.

They owe me payments for the past few months. They also owed before and paid only after I made this public.

@vamius They owe me money since June 2023.
They also have RS in different currencies and when they convert them to € they are significantly olower than they should be.

The last time those scammers paid me was after I left a bad review on Askgamblers. So you should try with that and link to this thread.

I work with them but luckily they don't owe me anything since i haven't send any traffic to them yet. Some things that are alarming: no access to marketing or payment sections on their platform like SIG mentioned. Affiliate managers not responding anymore. Some complaints on them on some websites.

Hi Jay,
@SIG

Your experience is unfortunately very familiar - and it goes back further than you might think.

Huffson Group is currently in an active dispute with Chipstars Affiliates over withheld payment of $3,310 + €660. The patterns you describe are identical to what we faced: platform data that contradicts itself, figures that vary across reports, and communication that cycles between delays, silence, and copy-paste responses.

In our case, the traffic was not denied as non-existent - it was labelled "motivated" and declared non-compliant with undisclosed internal validation criteria. Three completely independent sources - ASO, Facebook, and SEO - run by three different teams, were dismissed under a single blanket verdict. No per-source analysis. No specific evidence.

What makes this particularly relevant to your case:
Chipstars acknowledged in writing - only after the traffic was delivered and the dispute began - that their own tracking platform had not been used for CPA validation for months due to unresolved bugs. This was never disclosed upfront. Not before the launch, not during it. Only when it became convenient to justify non-payment did this information surface. Yet that same broken platform is selectively cited as an argument against paying affiliates.

Your post is dated February 2024. We are now in 2026. The platform has not been fixed. The patterns have not changed. That is not a technical issue. That is how they operate.

We have documented everything and published a full case breakdown on this forum. We encourage anyone who has faced similar issues with Chipstars to share their experience publicly - the community deserves to know.
