For the first time EVER in NINE years of promoting iNetBet, I have not been paid my commission by the 23rd of the following month at the latest.
(It has ALWAYS been between the 21st - 23rd).

I have just written to them, but I was wondering if anyone else is still waiting for April's pay?

Cheers,
KK

Just got an answer: Apparently my "high-roller" player last month was a charge-backing fraud! :(
Therefore ALL April's income was wiped out.

That's a real BUMMER, as iNetBet was to be my single biggest earner last month...

I'm always dubious of high rollers who sign up and in the first few months drop bundles, for this exact reason. It's a shitty feeling :(

Would have been nice (manners) if someone at iNetBet could have told you. Does this sort of info not show up in the stats?

Edit: had a similar thing happen a while ago (different program). Claimed the player made multiple (6) Poli transactions. The account was credited instantly and then (so my AM claimed), the player did a reversal on his bank account straight after each transaction.

I could understand this happening once or twice in sucession but 6x.

If I did that with my bank, they'd be asking wtf and more than likely place a hold on the account after the 2'nd time. I asked for proof from my AM but it never arrived.

Things that make you go hmmmmmmmm!

I'm told the casinos almost always recover/win the charge back disputes. Not sure about USA players though.

I've never seen any of that recovered money but maybe the cb's we see in the stats are the money that could not be recovered, which would mean there are a lot more cb's than we realize.

Well it's a bit odd actually - the charge-backs show in my May stats - my April final commission figure is still positive.
As they have NCO, I guess it all just comes out in the wash anyway.

Like you said, the MOST annoying thing is that I wasn't informed - they simply didn't pay me. :(

Things that make you go Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I've been told the same thing by multiple casino managers, so it's not hogwash.

But what get me is, if these are legit CB's then there'd be a paper trail of proof. I don't expect customer details etc etc but I have every right to request proof.

Just going on someone (AM) telling me xyz doesn't cut it. It's all too easy to say CB, then win the dispute and keep the ALL the money... just sayin.

Granted USA players are about the only Country where I think players could uphold a CB, even if it was them who deposited.

The time line is pretty short, an April player? Looks like they didn't even try to dispute it.
Maybe it was a USA player where there is no course of action?

Agreed slotplayer... if it's a USA player, wouldn't even be worth the effort.

I got new player for Gibson or one of those in the group and they'd dropped $3K in a few hours.

Credit to the casino, they flagged the account and tried to contact the player for verification.
24 hours later, no word from the player, so they closed the account and reversed the deposits.

This way they avoided the chargeback fees. That was a smart move given the $ value deposited.

IMO for those casinos who accept USA players, it would be a wise decision to follow a similar protocol.

Each charge back can incure up to a $1,000 CB fine.
