I ask current and future webmasters to pay attention to this affiliate program.

1. they block my account
2. they do not respond to messages in skype
3. they are blocking me from sending them emails.
4. their affiliate managers reply to new and existing webmasters that they are not aware of the situation. Even though all managers and team lead are already aware of what happened.

Such behavior is a gross violation of the rules of interaction between the affiliate program and the webmaster. They create a problem and do not give me an opportunity to solve the problem directly. I hope they are not planning to close down?

Some interesting facts and details:

1. The affiliate program has never asked me for screenshots from the source. They don't care about detailed reports on traffic purchase. And they also don't care about the huge amount of money that was spent on buying traffic.
2. The affiliate program did not take into account cooperation with other brands that received and accept traffic from the same source.
In addition, the traffic that was sent to this affiliate program was split to two other advertisers at the same time. Payments were received from them.
3. There was no question about the quality of traffic and transfer to revshare.
4. No options for compromise in solving the issue - only a full ban and ignoring.
5. No detailed explanations from the affiliate program and providing detailed proof. At this point, their answers only raise more questions.

I sent traffic to the affiliate program Webpartners.co from November 02 to November 12, 2023 under a preliminary agreement at the CPA rate.

On brands:

MYB CASINO (https://www.mybcasino.ag/)

The payment must be made by December 30, according to the terms and conditions.

The total amount owed is currently $106200.

Furthermore, the Account within the program has been arbitrarily blocked without adequate justification and explanation, impeding my attempts to address and resolve this issue. Attempts to communicate with WebPartners' managers failed. The lack of response from WebPartners' managers has aggravated the situation and stands as an obstacle to an amicable resolution.

At the same time, no explanation confirming nonpayment was presents, needless to say any evidence also missing. Despite that 16.01.2024 the respective manager informed me that no payment will be made as traffic provided was classified as fraudulent. Still fraudulent traffic was classified due to the fact of unusual behavior of customers. Such an incomplete response without any evidence is acting in bad faith.

The source of traffic was agreed upon before the start of the cooperation. Also the affiliate program still accepts traffic from this source from other webmasters.
Also, before starting the cooperation Webpartners.co requested feedback from several other affiliate programs both on the quality of my traffic and confirmation of my experience and reliability as a webmaster.
Webpartners were aware of my traffic volume and we had agreements to work without limits.

Please note that I ready to present all the relevant information regarding traffic, including information on purchase and its origin. However that information was never requested by Webpartners.co.

Now due to non-payment of such volume, I am in a very difficult position and I ask the moderators to take very seriously to look into this situation.

I have been working with these guys for almost 10 years, never had a problem, they have always been a stand up program for anyone I know. these kind of problems nearly always happen with CPA deals, why? becuase most of the new affiliates that ask for CPA are selling either scam or low value traffic and then get caught out. and with regards to the bots I have experienced this actually i cuaght it on my own account and too many repititions. tons of crypto deposits all for the same amount until they hit big so it does happen. but knowing these guys for 10 years I can say they are fair but if you have sent them bunk traffic for CPA deals then I would say you have been caught out.

This was the statistics on deposits after 2 weeks. Before the account was locked.

If they considered the traffic unprofitable (but the screenshot says otherwise) - it would be possible to agree on a revshare.

If they think that the traffic deviates from their indicators in some way, they could have discussed this issue with me as a webmaster and found a satisfactory option.

Right now they are completely ignoring my messages.

We negotiated the terms and my part of the job was done, according to the agreements, and I am now at a big loss thanks to these guys.

Their main version is that about 40,000 bot accounts were sent to them on November 11 and 12.

If you ask them, they will probably say that there were over 700 players from my traffic who SAY they didn't open accounts. (Did every one of the 700 write that?)

And just by a strange coincidence, I have 780 registrations on November 11 and 12.

I don't know if they either got the information from the casino or if someone just made it up, but to me it all looks like just an attempt to brush off a webmaster

And yes, their main motivator for not paying me is that I'm a "new webmaster" to them.
