Account has not been active because the reps done reply and I havent been paid all year
Clearly the gamblers are losing and making them big money

Anyone else having this issue?

not much contact besides, we decided to close your account while deals have been made
first they took players out and now all year they havent paid
it's very unfortunate as I know the people there personally and havent had issues for well over 6 years

Received an email with some not true facts, still pending everything, its a shame been happy with them for 6+ years

Problem has been resolved, thread can be closed
We have succesfully worked with webpartners for 6,5 years and one of our smaller accounts was ignored but made up on

Looking forward to continue and increasing to work with them

Will just add.,. I have been with them since they have launched, never had any problems so was most likely an oversight perhaps? , also those ticket systems never work, I have tred on various brands but never had a response (email is best)

yeah was a rookie pub manager ignoring things, the top people handled it properly
All good and ill be sending them more business very soon

Just want to update the thread, I have been working with them for a while now and have not had any problems.
What is the name of your affiliate manager?
I'm doing fine too, just have some questions that I can't get answers to from the current AM

I was able to get in touch with another manager, so far so good. I have only positive thoughts about Webpartners, I hope our cooperation will be even better.

I seem to have some serious issues in cooperation with this affiliate program.
I really want to solve them privately - I've contacted several affiliate managers, but I haven't received any concrete information yet.
I ask the management to contact me via forum or skype.
