If you have a deal with Referback for higher than normal rev-share, they do not plan to honour it forever. My deal with them was 50% for the first three months and 40% thereafter, which was made almost two years ago in late 2010.

I was recently told that deals can only be added to their system for 12 months or less, they have to re-submit it every time it expires, and it needs to be approved each time. I was also told that as of last month, management has decided that they will no longer approve 40% deals. My deal just happens to be expiring in their system at the end of this month.

It doesn't seem to be based on performance, as I sent them several new players last month and they have been paying me 5 figures each month for the past few months. I would like to know if it's just me, or if others on 40% (or higher) are getting cut back too. If you are earning 40% with them, it would be a good idea to ask about this, or you may find out a few weeks before your deal expires (which could be a while, since management supposedly made that decision last month).

I've been waiting for an answer on whether or not all players brought in under the 40% deal will continue earning that, or if everything will be dropping. Based on the non-response I am getting on that, I assume everything will be dropping.

I don't know if any programs actually honour a deal forever, but this is the first time I've had one expire that didn't have an expiry date. I'm not really upset because I made that deal with them back when I was just starting out, and they now have too much exposure compared to other deals I have made for the same percentage, but this surprised me and I wanted to let everyone know.

If the deal was 40% for any future earnings, Referback should honor it. It also does not make them look any better if they do not properly answer your questions.

Did you make the agreement verbally or do you have it on paper?
