Alpha Affiliates (ViciBet) – payout delays / anyone else experiencing this?

We’re currently working with Alpha Affiliates on ViciBet and wanted to ask the community if anyone else is experiencing payout delays.
We initially worked with one account manager, and at the end of January our account was transferred to a new manager (Diana). Before scaling traffic further, we agreed to wait for the first payout as a confirmation that everything is working smoothly.
The issue is that the payout has been marked as “Open” since mid-January, and since January 20th we’ve only been receiving generic replies like “we’re pushing the finance department” or “waiting for confirmation”, without any concrete ETA, transaction hash, or status update.


At this point, we’re not escalating or accusing anyone we simply want to understand whether: this is a common situation with Alpha Affiliates / ViciBet, or other affiliates are receiving payouts on time without similar delays?
Any recent feedback or experiences would be appreciated before we decide how to proceed with further traffic.

Hello,
Yes, we did experience some delays in payments due to the transition to a new financial platform and the holiday period. However, the situation is now stabilizing, and partner payments are currently being processed and received.
