Alpha Affiliates unpaid and delay payment issues

Hello to all community members.
Unfortunately, I am compelled to write a review about my negative experience with Alpha Affiliates.
We began working in December 2025, and as of today, February 5, 2026, I have not received a single payment.
However, this is not the only negative issue I have encountered.
I was denied payment for 11 FTDs, with a cap of 40 FTDs.
The affiliate manager said that the traffic was abusive.
I provided proof of how the traffic performs on another product.
After I indicated that I would make an effort to publicize this situation, I was offered to reduce the CPA rate from €170 to €50 in order to receive payment.
By the way, the average player check is just over €50.

Hello @ggvedi, as @MPDigital said, their representative @Diana AlphaAff provided the information about transitioning to a new financial platform and that they are facing some payment delays, but everything is being processed.
Please let us know when you receive the payment.

Unfortunately my thread is not only about delay, but about cancel payment too.
For these delays, my manager did not mentioned that. They provide payments in next 2 months which is crazy. Sounds like they have money problems if they can not pay to their affiliates.

We are also waiting for December leads payment. Still patient because They are not ghosting.
