More news about Alpha Affiliates... and it’s certainly not any better.
Well, for quite some time now, this programme has been deliberately delaying commission payments to many affiliates. They aren’t adhering to their own terms and conditions (failing to meet payment deadlines)... and they’ve been doing this for a long time, with this practice continuing unabated. They haven’t even paid some people’s commissions for several months... because they reckon someone will forget? Won’t ask for it? Fall into a coma?
After numerous requests, reminders, and finally making this issue public on this forum regarding the payment of our overdue commission (a small amount, mind you), they finally paid up... They’ve done us a huge favour, hahaha.
Another gem: after they failed to pay us on time yet again, we asked them for a contract (an IO document) that would formalise our cooperation and give us more rights to enforce our claims... than just their terms and conditions on the website (let me remind you once again: which they themselves do not adhere to). Besides that, we asked them for full access to the statistics regarding commission calculations in their system (deposits, FTDs, regs, NGR, GGR, admin fees, bonuses, etc. – in other words, everything that goes into the commission calculation and should be transparent). Please note that these parameters are critical when it comes to calculating commissions, and concealing them raises serious suspicions regarding fairness (possible manipulation).
Guess what their stance was? hehehe
- they refused to sign the IO
- they refused to grant access to the statistics
And finally, the best bit: they said they were terminating the contract with us because we weren’t “HAPPY” with working with them, and they added a screenshot showing that we’d complained on this forum about an outstanding commission LOL, I can’t believe it, it must be some kind of alternate reality LOL.
To sum up: they like business partners who don’t stick to the terms of the contract, don’t check the statistics (let themselves be ripped off), and don’t complain about delays or missing commission payments. What sort of people are they, seriously? Do you want to do serious business?
