Hi everyone,
The purpose of this post is to ask for help regarding an issue with Alpha Affiliates, who have not paid our commission since December 2025. If we cannot resolve this situation, I at least want to bring attention to the way they are handling it.
Here is the context:
Back in November 2025, the affiliate manager I had been working with for years across various traffic sources (PPC, SEO, etc.) contacted me asking if I had any traffic available. At that time, I offered to run emailing and social media campaigns.
From the beginning, I was completely transparent. I clearly mentioned that these traffic sources were new for the market we agreed on, and that I did not yet have historical data to share. We agreed to run a test campaign capped at 30 FTDs with a €150 CPA, and the campaign launched around December 10, 2025.
On December 22, just before Christmas, I reached out to inform her that due to the holiday period I would be less responsive and asked whether she preferred to pause the campaign. She confirmed that she wanted the campaign to continue.
Once the 30 FTD cap was reached, we paused the campaign. In total, 26 players qualified that month, generating €1,541 in total deposits (around €60 average deposit per player).
Since then, I have repeatedly requested payment, which has never been made.
Shortly afterward, my affiliate manager left the company after 8 years, introducing me to a new manager. This new manager immediately asked if I had traffic available, but stopped responding as soon as I mentioned the pending payment.
I then contacted at least three other affiliate managers from Alpha Affiliates, and every time the response was the same:
"I will check your account." - After that, nothing happens, despite multiple follow-ups from my side.
The last affiliate manager I spoke with told me that her manager would contact me about the issue, but that never happened either. This situation has now been going on for months.
The only possible explanation I can think of is that they may not be satisfied with the quality of the traffic (Although again, the quality was not the worst). However:
Instead, the current situation is simply no payment and no communication, which is extremely disappointing after years of collaboration.
If anyone from Alpha Affiliates is reading this, I would appreciate finally getting a clear response and resolution.
And if anyone else in the community has had similar experiences with them recently, I would be very interested to hear about it.

- The campaign was clearly presented as a test from the beginning
- They agreed to the test cap and terms before launch.
- The campaign was not stopped by them during the test.
- I have sent dozens (if not hundreds) of well-qualified players to their program in the past.
Instead, the current situation is simply no payment and no communication, which is extremely disappointing after years of collaboration.
If anyone from Alpha Affiliates is reading this, I would appreciate finally getting a clear response and resolution.
And if anyone else in the community has had similar experiences with them recently, I would be very interested to hear about it.
