Alpha Affiliates – Financial Issues

Good afternoon, everyone!

We’ve been working with the advertiser Alpha Affiliates and their brands 1Red, 1RedBet, Vicibet, and others for several years now.

Recently, we ran into an issue where the advertiser has been delaying payments significantly for more than two months already. They keep promising to settle the payment within a week, but the weeks go by and no payment comes through.

Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? Please share your experience in this thread.

We’ve been fobbed off for now longer than 6 months…. Every excuse in the book, restructure, new staff, they deleted payment requests, no Bitcoin now, change to USDT, then new affiliate manager, another affiliate manager change, affiliate director takes over and you start all over again. We did a little testing and now only some of your referrals will show up…. seems like they are selectively tracking and not even showing the correct NGR from your player accounts too. Possibly the worst affiliate program to work with I have ever experienced…. Oh, and then we got contacted by another affiliate manager who asked us to ramp up and send more traffic…. lol. We’ve now deleted these rouges from our sites. Only one way this is going to end for affiliates…. Stay away!!!!

I exactly feel the same about Alpha Affiliates. They are liers, scammers, and thieves.
