Affrepublic with the brands (@needforspin, @wildtokyo, @rollingslots) owe us €78,000 since November 2022 and have promised to pay and asked for some time. Then stopped responding. Then promised to pay again and now they are giving excuses with the purposes of trying to discount the bill claiming that out of 358 FTDs, 124 were duplicates or self excluded (35%) which is impossible especially for a casino brand which been around for 1 year.

Hello, I'm the account manager at Affrepublic of Seven Media.

I would like to shed light on the described situation in more detail. I hope we can resolve this matter amicably.

Here is a timeline of our business partnership with Seven Media:

1. We have been working with Seven Media for a year, starting with 19/04/2022.
2. We've had disagreements about player qualification in the past and Seven Media offered to change the deal to a 12% guaranteed conversion, which we have accepted.
3. As per our discussion before with Seven Media we signed an IO that was provided by the Seven Media side on January 19, 2023, (proof can be provided).
4. On today's date, Seven Media has attempted to retroactively alter the terms of our deal, requiring payment for all players, including duplicates. According to their calculations, we owe them payment for 5% of unqualified players, which falls within a reasonable range in the industry. We had discussed these conditions prior and agreed upon them via Skype chat and IO.

Also, referring to the Seven Media statement that we didn't pay for the last 4 months, we declare that we paid the following amounts:
Nov- 173,730.00 EUR
Dec- 176.000.00 EUR
Jan- 62,074.00 EUR

As it was mentioned before according to our agreement about 12% guaranteed conversion we intended to fulfill our obligations in front of Seven Media. The total amount after the traffic audit constitutes 53,528.2 EUR that we are ready to transfer on demand of the recipient.

We hope to reach a peaceful and mutually satisfactory resolution to this case.

Dear Roman
You are not sticking to the facts. the 78k comissions refers from 2022, Nov/DEC . You have not paid for that in other words we have not been paid for 4 months as you kept stop answering, promising, pushing it forward.

The deal you are referring to is an after construction from your side where you suddenly claimed that I repeat again out of 358 FTDs, 124 were duplicates or self excluded (35%).
this is impossible even for a brand such as leo vegas, unibet etc. Your brand is less than a year old and it's obvious what you are doing here

There is no way we are taking a "hair cut" when you cooking the numbers and I strongly advise other affiliates to not work with them. If you search affrepublic here in the forum you find an another thread with a similar story related to you as well Roman.

Kindly pay us the full amount of the 78k or we happily take this legally and contact softswiss as well.

Hello,

On behalf of Affrepublic, I would like to inform you that a balance of 53,528.00 EUR has been successfully transferred to Seven Media's account. This amount represents the final payment after reconciliation. Additionally, I would like to clarify that we do not agree with Seven Media's request for a payment of 78,000.00 EUR as it violates the terms of the agreement.

Dear representatives of Seven Media,

I would like to request that you not mislead regarding the responses to your messages from our managers. We have evidence of correspondence that contradicts your statement that our managers did not respond to your messages for 4 months. I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that we received reconciliations from your Financial department two weeks late, which may have affected the speed of decision-making.

I would like to clarify that the number of duplicates depends on your traffic, and the guaranteed 12% conversions cover all these duplicates. The difference between the number of FTDs and the payout amount is 25605.00 EUR, which is 5% of the total number of FTDs you provided us during this period. Regarding the history you referred to in the forum, I want to clarify that there was fraudulent traffic that brought only 5 FTDs and was immediately stopped by us, and we can prove it.

We deeply regret that we were not able to resolve this situation in a friendly manner. However, as we have already reported, this is the final payment amount, which is already on your balance. Please request the withdrawal of your funds so that our financial department can process your payment.
